My haircut was fine but the lady cutting my hair kept bothering me and my mother until we bought products we didnt want or need, happened more than once, we dont want to spend 60 dollars when we go in for a haircut, we wont be going here ever again. The woman cutting my hair was also quite rude, insulting my colored hair.

I had a FiveStars app coupon for a free haircut. I asked for a pretty complicated haircut, and my hair stylist did a fine job of listening to what I want, and getting it done in a very timely manner. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I was very happy with my free haircut, and I was very grateful, especially considering that what I asked for was pretty complicated. Thank you!!

I wanted to go get a haircut and it literally took her 2 minutes to “finish” cutting my hair... I kept telling her to fix it but she just kept making it worse so NOT COMING HERE AGAIN. She was nice sometimes but clearly just doing it to get good reviews

Customer service needs to improve & better hair cuts.

I work with individuals with disabilities, my client wanted to go for a haircut and chose this place. The lady cutting her hair was extremely rude and refused to talk to the client. I am appalled by her unprofessional behavior. It took my staff speaking up very loudly that the client could speak and understand her before she turned her behavior somewhat around. I don’t understand as a business for the public that is allowed.

I use to get good haircuts here by Amy but she sold the business and the new owner is rude and always in a bad mood. She has cut my hair like shes taking her frustration out on me twice. I wont go back again!

For all those who remember Maria from Super Clips in South Salem near the Winco, she has moved to this store now. She has cut my hair for about the last 20 years or so, and I never fail to get compliments on her work. She is fast and she is very, very good.

Maria gives quick clean cuts. I value her work. You should do the same.

Horrible customer service. This was my first time here and when I tried to explain how my son wanted his hair cut, Maria said ok and told me to go sit down. When I noticed that she was cutting too much, I immediately brought it to her attention and she said its ok. It wasnt ok at all. My son was in tears by the time we left.

I asked for a manicure and shellac polish what I got was a polish change she did not soak my hands to not clean my nails she did not force the cuticles back shes not from the cuticles I asked her why she was a day that she told me that if you cut your cuticles too much they grow too fast first week Ive been a hairdresser in the manicurist of my own for 30 years this is not how you doing manicures I will be contacting the manager I feel like I should have a partial refund at least for the services I didnt get that I paid for and then I need to have the chips and things are already on them fixed not happy

I took my 3 girls in to get a cut. This was the worst experience I have had. Not worth the savings. They were litteraly hacking at my childs hair. They started cutting before they even combed through my oldest daughters hair (let alone part it). I am now going to have to pay for a second cut for all of them. Every single one has uneven hair and their bangs are waaay to short.

Its ok just didnt like the lady ask if I wanted to leave a tip. I dont mind tipping just dont like those who ask for it.

They did almost as I asked. Not perfect, not exactly what I wanted, but close enough i got what i needed done. 20$ was a bit much for such a fast, sloppy cut and trim.

I was a walk in. I was told by the Hispanic hairdresser there were two boys ahead of me . The hairdresser stoped cutting the boys hair several times to look at books that the boys parents brought over to the her. When both boys hair was finally cut, the hairdresser took the women one at a time to the hair washing station and waxed both womens eyebrows. Finally i was told to come over to the hair cutting station. The floor, the combs, clippers, chair and the station was covered in hair. I waited as the hairdresser attempted to sweep. She told me to sit in the chair and i said the chair was covered in hair. The hairdresser turned on the hairdryer blew some of the hair around and again i was told to sit .the chair was still covered in hair so again i said there was hair in the chair .The hairdresser the became upset and said Ay Ay Ay! You people. I then walked out. The place was filthy, rude employee and i felt discriminated against. Where can i go to report this dirty place?

I took my son in to get a haircut, asked if she could do a cut i had a picture of an the lady ignored me. The lady disrespected me an insulted me saying how she thought my face was bad an i needed to buy her store bought face washes. Then asked to spike my sons hair an when i said no she did it anyway an made my son cry then washed it out an didnt even comb or trim his hair on top. Worst place an owner ever!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. The lady there didnt care about how good of a job was doing, she was like, the faster the more money I make my son hair looked really bad with long hair everywhere. Never going back there.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The short dumpy woman with short hair is so rude, I cannot believe anyone gives her business! She pretends to not speak English very well, but its an act to assert control over a situation. She is prejudiced against white people! She is a liar and a cheat. The salon is dirty and I doubt they follow proper sanitation practices.

Absolute horrible first time experience.Brought my residents to get hair cuts and the barber working made crude, racial remarks to one of them and completely ignored what staff requested for our other resident. Will not return.

I went in on a walk-in and the lady was friendly but they hair cut was absolutely horrible having to go in the next day and get it redone because Maria Nuno. Botched my hair cut the worlds most simple high and tight and she messed it up

Lady there seemed to have no haircut experience. She made short work of my brother, chopping off his sideburns and leaving a squiggly line on his neck. Avoid a horrible haircut by avoiding this business.
