Ive been going here for years. My stylist knows what I want and does a great job. I always leave there feeling so much better. People always ask me about my hair and I recommend my stylist at cost cutters to all of them! I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else!

None of ladies knew how to braid hair. We were told they could do braids and up styles needed for my wedding party. My daughter in law did my hair and the other girls just had their hair curled because no one could braid hair other than a straight 3 strand braid. Even though they did not due my hair or do any of the styles we wanted, like French braid, we were charged $59 for the updo. I would NEVER recommended them to anyone.

Tammy is amazing! She is honest and professional, and very passionate about helping people look their best. I told her what I didnt like previously and with her magic I walked out with the perfect color and cut! Tammy took her time and is truly knowledgeable. Tammy also can recommend perfect products, working in healthcare and these masks damaging my hair. Thanks to her my hair is stronger and healthier than ever. I wish I found her years ago.

I wanted rainbow colored hair. I had Jamie as my stylist. She was amazing! She was just as excited as I was to do this color! It turned out so beautiful! Jamie was very professional and thoughtful.

The name says it all! It is costly. The lady that cut my little boys hair did a decent job, but for a 5yr old hair cut...it was 15$. Ive never paid that much to get his hair cut. EVER.

If I could give them negative stars I would. After using the cost cutters app to do an online booking got to the salon at the time selected and was told the app didnt take into consideration a bridal party of 5 with up dos and I would have to wait 45 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later I walked back in and stood there another 10minutes while the stylists sat in the back room/office doing the not I game. Needless to say no one wanted to work besides the one lady that was already cutting someones hair and had another scheduled appointment waiting. I walked out. I will take my business else where.

Went in four months ago for a dye and trim. The dye came out good but the haircut looked choppy. I got another appointment to get it fixed and ended up with the same choppy haircut and a little chunk in the back chopped off so now I’ll have to clip that little bunch of hair up when I have my hair up until it grows out. Maybe she was upset I said they made my hair look choppy and decided to be immature about it? I went to the Natural Solutions salon and the girl there fixed my hair so it didn’t look choppy anymore.

I REPEAT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. its not just 1 of the ladies that dont know what theyre doing its all of them. i went in for a trim. keep in mind my hair is 26 long and i love it very much. i told her to cut no more than 2 1/2 off. SHE CUT OVER 7 INCHES OF MY HAIR OFF. MY HAIR IS SO SHORT I CANT EVEN REACH IT IN THE BACK. IM SO UPSET. SAVE YOURSELF THE TEARS AND GO SOME PLACE ELSE. my friend just recently went in there to get her roots touched up and they colored her whole head black. dont go here, its not worth your money.

They can cut mens hair properly and both times that I went there I didnt have to wait. However, $15 for a hair cut that took 5 minutes is a little excessive.

Wanted to create a new hair style and the young lady did a beautiful job. The hair style was called the Shag.

Every time Ive been here they have chopped my hair and when Id go home Id have chunks longer than others. The only thing I havent had a complaint about is when they shaved my head!!
