The Customer service was Great 👍 we were able to get a walk-in for our 1st time visit we came in, but we were told it gets pretty busy so make sure to make an appointment ahead of time. The Girl that did our little guys cut was fantastic, while waiting I was watching these guys do some really clean professional grade work!! Definitely coming back.

Absolutely amazing cut by Ricky! Best cut I’ve had since I moved to the Salem area 3 months ago and even better than the ones I got back home! I’ve been to a few places around here but none of them were even close to the same skill level as these guys. All the haircuts I saw walk out we’re on point. I can’t say enough about them, called in last night, they got me in this morning and walked out feeling amazing. The thing that impressed me the absolute most was the ATTENTION TO DETAIL they had, making sure every cut was perfect. Well worth the money and definitely will be back every two weeks. I think I’ve found my new shop!

I love going to Diamond Cuts. They go out of your way to make their customers happy. I never had any issue with scheduling an appointment. The employees are nothing but professional and respectful. This is the best place to get a haircut in Salem by far!

He never fails me. I all ways tell them to work there magic. Even tested the owners skills and had a lizard mow hock short. He did AMAZING Job! There the only ones I will let cut my hair. If your on a time clock the will let you set up an appointment.

Best barbershop in Salem! They always greet me, great prices, the attention to detail all 3 barbers put in is remarkable! Ive seen a few people complain about the wait time. However, I always set an appointment to avoid that issue! Tony (the owner) is very good about that, and so are the other 2 barbers, Hernan & Rick.I highly recommend coming here.

Hernan always does a great job and the shop is fun to hang in! I definitely recommend getting your haircut here and tell your friends. Prices are fair too. Also, you can book your appointment on app Booksy which makes the process super easy.

This place does great cuts but their service sucks! My son missed his appointment one time and canceled it the next time due to ride issues and being a teen in school. Now they denied his request to get his hair cut!!!!!????!!! They want him to pay double for a haircut if he wants to get his hair cut again!?!? He’s a teen for god’s sake! If you were that worried about not making money for his appointment, you should’ve picked up all those walk in complaints and tripled that money! Bad service!

Just got off work to get a cut from this shop since I had poor experience with other barbers. Showed up 10 mins before closing and was told I couldnt get a cut although there were two barbers in the shop. I explained it was urgent because I had a wedding to attend the next day. Still no service.Sign said open enough said.Heres a business tip:If you plan on closing your shop before posted business, take the liberty of turning your sign to the closed position.Or, get on Google and change your business hours to 5:30 instead on 6.
