I have bought many items there over the years. Always treated fairly and respectfully by Jesse and his crew. I even used to go there when Big Jim was still alive. Having ran a retail business myself, I can attest that some customers can be very rude. My only response to them is you get what you give.

Great service. I was broken down in a gas station and needed a short tow. He gave me the best price and for a RV tow. I did have to pay in person but I was helped with the drive time of paying. If I need a tow again I will be calling big Jims.

Most unprofessional customer service experience. The lady at the front desk allegedly tried to sell me a broken stereo, and when I showed her that it didn’t work, she proceeded to insult me with vulgar words. I asked if I could speak with the manager, and she said “you’re looking at the manager, and this manager has a weapon behind her desk” I took the hint, and walked away. Didn’t need to threaten my life over $10, but she looks exactly like the trashy person that WOULD shoot. Never going back to that place. -Darrel

Lady at the front desk has serious psychological issues. Id suggest hiring a cute girl with a personality to run the desk, and ship the head case off to get a mental health evaluation. Yikes!!!

Very beautiful place to shop

Drive way was horrible. Almost bottomed out a few times. The cars were well organized and we ended up getting what we needed for free. The dog was cool also!!

I needed a 1.8L DOHC VTEC Honda motor. The woman at the front desk said that they had one in stock, and was extremely rude when i asked about the condition and mileage, as if they weren’t normal questions a mechanic would ask. When I arrived, the motor was a NON-vtec b18b, and looked like actual junk. She then proceeded to try to tell me that this motor was better than the one i asked for (obviously wrong), and that if i didn’t buy it now - the price would go up $100 for every 10 minutes that i “waste” of her time. When I calmly declined her offer, she became very angry and aggressive, telling me that she would have me “dealt with” if I didn’t leave. Not only is the customer service absolutely awful, to the point of threatening people if they decline business, but the place looks like it’s 5 minutes away from being condemned. “Junk yard” is an understatement! Those people are so filthy, it just looks like a landfill from a third world country. I then had to nervously back up, since there’s no room to turn around, down a long driveway with junk cars taking up every bit of room on both sides. I highly suggest avoiding this absolute travesty at all costs, unless you want to deal with a complete idiot that acts like she’s entitled to the world. Look at the other reviews, 90% of them are about this insane woman.

Descent place was little weary because of some of the reviews but as long as ur not an a** and disrespectful people tend to be nicer to u other wise I got great service wasnt just sent out to find what I was looking for she gave me some help on where and color of the vehicles and I was able to get my break line definitely will be back u guys saved me a hour and a half walk to work thank you guys!!!

Good service, awful customer courtesy.Getting the parts I needed was not difficult, in fact the worker that helped me, Jesse, was very kind and helpful. However, the reason I am incredibly unsatisfied by my experience is the absolute rudeness of the woman on the phone. Both times I called Big Jims, this woman was terse, short, and impatient. If you call Big Jims expecting to get any useful information or to be treated with any respect at all, I suggest calling another company.

Just wanted to sell my car...lady wouldnt even give me an offer...you know its bad when they cant make an offer to you first after they get all your details...this only means one thing. They gonna give you bottom dollar...

Ripped off an elderly cancer patient. They sold him parts that they guaranteed would fit, when they got home and tried to put them on guess what....... they didnt fit and now refuse to offer a refund or exchange. Poor business practice =bad karma. Also there is no need to attack me with a response as you do others that give poor reviews as my family and friends will not be doing business there any longer. Always remember as a business owner that word of mouth is either the best advertisement or the worst advertisement one can get.Edit:You may want to tell your employees to stop giving customers their guaranty if in fact they know the parts do not fit, if you knowingly sell items that do not work with a no refund or exchange policy that is considered fraud . In addition i never said it was you personally, and since I am a liar as many of your customers seem to to be, what parts did we purchase against your advice? Again like I said poor business practice, and for you to actually put more effort into attacking the people that pay for the services your company offers, than trying to rectify the situation says way more about you than us liars, that had the unfortunate experience with your business.

I needed a truck part and lucked upon this hidden gem. They have it all and even had a working pull so that I did not have to crawl around the yard. Price was competitive, as I shopped around. I will be back again someday to get dirty :]

Stop in to pick up a hood from a 97 Camry a surprising to me he had the correct Hood with the right color and his worker help me install the hood the parking is limited there plus the dirt dirt road to come in need needs to be fixed thank you

The woman who administers this place has no tact, customer service skills, or decency. She speaks like a government bureaucrat, and you are likely to get better service at the DMV.

Horrible customer service!!.Was told they had headlight for Lincoln LS when I asked if it was in good condition over the phone they said if it wasnt I would be selling it. I went in only to find the headlight was no good!! Lady told me she had a taillight for Lincoln Town Car and she came out with a Lincoln Continental one and insisted it was interchangeable.... they had one complete Lincoln Town Car on the there stack of cars ready to crush and they did not want to bring it down to sell me taillights they said its not worth the trouble for the price youd be paying $25 - $35. Thats the last time I ever go to this junk yard, service is horrible & parking sucks.

Very poor customer service and woman has NO knowledge when it comes to 4x4s. they wouldnt even come out and take a E9 bolt out that needed to be removed from the part i needed. i was a loyal customer til yesterday. i will never go back and none of my family or friends are either. what they did to me was totally uncalled for. big jim said sorry and did nothing to correct the problem.

Rude staff to start. Got an engine from them, got it installed, smoked like crazy so I called them. They tryed everything in there power not to take it back or replace it. Now Im out 600 bucks! I will never go back.

Great experience for such a large place

I went here the other day to buy some parts..they had what I needed but they arent willing to dicker at all..lost85 bucks in 5.minutes..apparently they are building a time capsule with all of the unsold parts..cuz they sure arent selling them..its not like there was a line out the door looking for the parts i had in my hand....ugh..and the front desk woman is NOT GOOD for business..as the other reviews here have mentioned....

They sold me a broken part then told me that it was a working part. The key it came with is a shaved key and theres no way to test an ignition without the other part of the car is working order. After proceeding to get a refund I was threatened
