Ive been with Walnut Grove insurance for 15 years. Absolutely phenominal service. Angie, I will always consider you a friend. Ive had an average of 4-5 vehicles at any one time covered during my time here. With children and losses my risk sky rocketed. I was in tears when Angie went to bat for me. Rather than accepting what the computerized input/output was feeding her she personally called a preferred rate insurance person that was authorized to over-ride the computer results. She let them know that in my case the computer was not a good method for defining our excellent and reliable driving record despite our recent losses. She convinced them that we were worth the risk at preferred rates. If my memory serves correct (10 years ago), she saved us more than 50% off the previous high risk quote which was something like $4000/yr (for 4-5 vehicles). That went down to something like $1800 and we were accepted by the preferred rate company that had previously denied us altogether. Where can you find that kind of service? The preferred company also offered a bundle with my home insurance that saved me another $300 off of my previous home yearly insurance. Ive moved across the country forcing me to find a replacement insurance agent because of locality. I dont think there is a replacent for Walnut Grove. They still have the long lost personal touch. UNSURPASSED SERVICE!!!

My Mom has been a customer for many years and once I was out on my own, I chose Walnut Grove because they genuinely care about their clients.

The owner continually, knowingly and fraudulently changed my incapacitated fathers address on his auto policy four times. She works in a very unethical way and I would not trust doing business with her, ever. The hassle and money lost for her own benefit to keep a policy in her hands when she knew she was acting unethicaly and fraudulently was very shady.

I have never been treated badly, Walnut Grove Insurance staff have always been there fir me and my family. They have helped when I needed them.
