Ive had State Farm insurance since I started driving and have been through 3 different agents due to moves and what not. This agent and everyone in the office are by far my favorites! They are extremely helpful and kind. They are consistent in making sure I get the best rates and any services I need promptly. I used to go in the office to pay my bill just to say hey. I utilize them for multi coverages including home, auto and have been speaking with Tiffany about adding life.. Highly recommend for someone looking for a reliable insurance provider.

I called to file a claim and received all the information I needed immediately and received payment to my bank account within 24 hours. I had a very negative experience with a State Farm agent/office in Beaverton. After requesting information regarding my policy, specifically why I was being charged almost $200 for a vehicle that was not in my possession or being driven, the Beaverton agent staff member was rude, condescending, and continually talking over me. I promptly switched my account to Ryan Gelbrich and spoke with a woman who was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and efficient. She answered all my questions, updated the vehicle in their records, and offered information on why the bill may have been generated, in all under ten minutes. I felt heard and taken care of. I am very excited to continue moving forward with State Farm. I wish I had asked her her name, I was going to switch insurance providers from State Farm prior to the call with her, due to the continued rudeness of my last agents staff member. Ryan Gelbrich is kind, thorough, intelligent & trustworthy. We had some extra cash to invest & thought wed check if State Farm offered Roth IRAs. Never being inside a SF office (we dutifully pay our car insurance premiums online every month) we made an appointment with Ryan figuring wed hand over our cash & be out of there in under 1/2 hour. Ryan asked some excellent questions we had never thought of regarding our finances & thoughts about our future, listened to us, offered some suggestions for us to think about & gave (!) us a book to read about tax free retirement. This became our aha moment that State Farm really is Auto, Life, Home, Bank....who knew!?!? We ended up refinancing our house through SF bank (fabulously EASY process!), purchasing some long term health care insurance so our kids wont have to take care of us, and thoroughly planning our financial freedom for our retirement future. All of this happened without pressure! Not only did that initial meeting last longer than we expected, it turned into many follow up meetings, a thorough look at our financial picture & a solid doable plan for our retirement. We gained what we consider a friend and we would not be where we are today without Ryan.
