There is a Nissan dealership within 15 minutes from my home but after experiencing their customer service and inflated service costs (over $120 for an oil change) I started looking elsewhere. I am very satisfied with the level of service and pricing from Garber Nissan. It was worth the trip. The service person who assisted me is EXCELLENT. Ben helped me schedule my oil change quickly and at a convenient time. When I arrived, he informed me of scheduled maintenance recommended by the manufacturer, which I chose to have done. Brought my vehicle in due to transmission slippage and check engine light. My CVT blew at 48k miles and was replaced with another CVT. The same problems are occurring as they did with the first CVT. My vehicle has 82k now. Dealer took over an hour and a half just to run diagnostics and do an oil change. At that time I requested a loaner vehicle in order to make my doctors appointment. Supposedly they don’t offer that and “it would take longer to apply for a rental”. So I ended up missing my appointment. That’s not even half of the problem. I was charged for diagnostics and 3 codes emerged. They were cancelled out without any actual fixing. The CVT was not looked into. After leaving the dealer the vehicle continued to have transmission issues. Two days later and the check engine light is back on. I will never go to that dealership again. Nissan should be ashamed of this type of service. Also it’s pretty alarming how even the employees at this dealership aren’t aware of the class action lawsuit regarding the CVT in my 2013 Nissan Altima.

I had been looking for a long time to find the right new car for me and stopped into Garber on a whim where I worked Erika Foley the entire time. Recently purchased a new 2020 Hyunadai Palisade. The team at Garber took excellent care of us! We were thrilled by the attentive service from everyone - Mitchell, Mustafa, and Erika all went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make sure we had all the information we needed and made the right purchase. We have a 6 month old son and live on the west side of MI, Erika the sales manager even delivered the vehicle to us (on a Saturday!) to save us the 2.5 drive across the state...much easier than trying to entertain a small child on a long drive. Wow this girl is wonderful I was there from 9 am to 4 pm and she kept checking on me updating me she was outstanding ! Your company sent an email, postcard, and telephoned me about servicing my car. In addition, the squeaky noise I heard from the steering wheel was repaired as well, not to mention, your service representative reported how much longer would be needed for repairs. Took them three times, and three hour long trips, one way, to dealership before that had the correct contract for my bank. Had to have new front tires on and have to get an alignment at my expense for a car with only 40,000 miles on it. That low of miles and completely bald front tires tells me there is a suspension issue

My wife and I just picked up a new Tucson limited edition! Justin was our man and I can’t say enough about him! He did have quiet some competition as we were looking at Honda, Mazda, Toyota and Jeep. Justin kept things real though and went above and beyond to help us get us the exact car we were looking for. My Nissan Rogue transmission went out when I came home & Garber was able to diagnose after a Nissan dealer in Maryland could not. They had great communication with me throughout the process- which involved them and Nissan seamlessly coordinating a free car rental (part of the warranty) & when the car was finished they shipped my Rogue all the way to me in Maryland. I was in a tough spot & they bailed me out/ I received excellent communication from Katie in the service department. Having worked many positions in customer service related fields I can honestly say that Garber gave me about the best possible experience that I could ask for. They went above and beyond. Horrible dealership. Brought car in for a service told me a month to fix teannybsonu bought a new car. Two days later my car was magically fixed. The new car I bought I was unable to register as they lost the odometer paperwork and didnt fill out the C.O.O. form. I ended bringing the car back on day 30 as they told me I had 30 to return. They did this because I was from out of state and didnt think I would bring back the car. They wouldnt accept it but I left it anyway. If you want a company that has ethics and integrity go somewhere else.

Took my Nissan Cube in for anti lock brake light on and they said I needed a left rear hub and sensor. I told them to fix it. After I got my car back from the Garber Nissan dealership, I had the rear brakes replaced. The Nissan dealer put Carquest parts on my car, it had after market parts on. I seen the brand name on my car parts that they replaced. My bill had Nissan parts numbers on it.They never asked me if they could do that. I had to take my car back to put the Nissan parts put on my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. They will put after market parts on your car and not tell you.

Mitch was very easy to communicate with. I live 2 hours away and I dont have time it drive from dealer to dealer, and play pricing games. Mitch was attentive via email, always was within reach if I needed him, and was just a very calm and low pressure salesperson. This dealer treated me right, and was just a pleasure to work with. Im pleasantly surprised at how nice this experience was. Bill Case was very knowledgeable and friendly, and did everything possible to help us make an informed decision. The negotiations were brief because no games were played--we just had a conversation and came to an agreement on price, etc. The service manager came in to answer our questions and give us advice on how to keep our used car in excellent condition.
