Staff were professional and knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns patiently. Price for tire rotation was good.This is the first time weve used your dealership and drive-through service anywhere. I was impressed that all manufacturers were serviced in addition to Toyota. We didnt know how long the wait would be and it ended up being 30-45 minutes, then our service was done in 6 minutes. This is all still faster than going through the service dept here, per staff. On the west coast, its probably equivalent time.
I wish every salesman I ever dealt with was like Chris. He is upfront, honest, straightforward and unbelievably accommodating. He is a rare combination of a no pressure salesman that also puts the energy in to help you. I live in NC and he did everything in his power to make sure I had a clear understanding of the vehicle. Chris answered my questions on the phone, through texts, and even facetimed me to show me the car live. There is absolutely nothing that anyone in the world could have done more or better than Chris. He really understands how this business works and how you should act if you want to have repeat customers.

Hey Serra,This is Jonathan, I just wanted thank you for being honest with me today. I really appreciate no one at the dealership telling me I could have purchased my end of lease vehicle directly through the bank for $31,450. Instead you guys added a bunch of fees and basically made some money off of me, I ended up paying around $34,000 putting $5000 down and financing $29,000. Its my fault for not doing my research. But why would you exploit someone like that? Life is already hard enough as it is these days, you have no idea what people are going through. Im sitting here in disbelief at the money I lost today, and now I have to explain to my wife that I made the wrong decision and it cost us all this money.Whats done is done, money isnt everything. All I ask is the next person who walks through those doors or calls you, that you be straight up and honest with them, you will go so much further in life. I forgive you and your business manager (who I flat out asked, could I just buy this vehicle right from the bank? To which he said NO) please dont treat someone else the way you treated me. I learned my lesson, you will make money off someone at any cost.Won’t make a huge difference but you’ve lost my business for life, and I will direct everyone I know to stay clear of you.

We really enjoyed our experience working with Serra Toyota of Saginaw. We had some issues with another local dealership, but Serra and Chase, our sales rep, did a great job of making the process much easier. They gave a great price right off the bat, and everything was very straightforward. They didn’t have the vehicle we wanted in stock, but they got on the phone and within a couple hours had one secured, and was delivered the next business day. Had a wonderful experience after having issues with another dealership a few miles away. We appreciated the honesty and work ethic put forward in getting us a new vehicle by everyone at Serra in Saginaw. Our salesman, Charlie, went above and beyond in finding us the right vehicle for us. We never felt pressured, or rushed, or even looked at like I didnt belong. That kind of stuff is important to us. They actually didnt have the year and color we wanted, but in a manner of minutes, inventory was checked everywhere, and Charlie found us the one we wanted. It was delivered 1 day later and we we we driving in style. So happy with our experience and we (hubby and I), recommend this dealership to anyone looking, or thinking about a car. One more thing. We only had the truck for less than a week and ended up with a flat tire that had to be replaced because of the location of the screw, and they replaced it quickly. Luckily, we had the tire package. This is a review of Serra Toyotas service department.My wife and I have been going to Serras Saginaw service department for several years now. We wanted to build a relationship with our first Toyota because my wife works in the area. It was under a different name back then, but they have kept familiar faces in there and probably the same service manager. I say this because there has always seemed to be a high level of service and that continues to this day and our 3rd Toyota!These are seriously great guys, both my wife and I say this.I never feel pressured to have work done, their attitude is always friendly and up-beat, and they will drive you to local businesses while you wait or get you a cup of coffee for their lounge. (With Covid, they cant leave donuts or coffee out)I have NO complaints about their service so no good...bad...ugly. Just good.

I would suggest that you make videos to explain the paperwork and the technology that new owners would have access to watch at the dealership or to access from their home computer or mobile phone, You could also have frequently asked questions taped and answered on the video or the phone. You might have some retired Technology instructors to do some of the instruction in classes that new owners could attend if they desired. Trying to have your sales people trying to do this in a couple of hours when they are eager to get to their next prospective buyer puts them under a lot of pressure to hurry or cut corners to get it done faster then the new owners are able to understand.

She is a very helpful and nice salesperson and as they state there is no pressure. We decided on a 4runner and couldnt be happier. If I could give more than five stars, I would. When I purchased my 2018 Rav 4, A.J. Simon was friendly and helpful. Every other experience I have had has been top of the line too, from the body shop and service department and the MUCH appreciated loaner I got when I was in an accident, to routine maintenance visits. My lease ends in June and I will definitely be a returning customer.

The salesperson was very nice and helped me to find a car that had everything I wanted without trying to push me into something out of my budget. The finance department did a great job of getting me the best deal when I was trying to decide between two cars. They allowed me to take the car home for the night to show my wife which helped to win her over on which car to purchase. I would definitely come here again when it’s time to get my next vehicle.
Left a old air filter in my engine which later caused problems when it should’ve been as easy replacement. I mentioned to have it checked during my oil change and they told me it was good when it wasn’t . Customer service need work, employees seem quite irritable when they’re interacting with customers.

I traded in my lease for a new car and was told they would pay off the remainder on my lease. I kept receiving bills for the lease I turned in and they told me they took care of it, but it showed up on my credit report as a none payment. I contacted them again about it and have an email saying it was paid. It was never paid and now ruined my credit. I contacted my car salesmen Scott Wardock several times and never get a response. Will never get a car there again.
My husband and I had a great experience at Serra Toyota! We were there on a Sunday just browsing and Scott Wurdick; sales consultant just happened to be there on his personal time. He spent a good half our with us answering all our questions on his off day. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to talk to. We return the next day to go over the finances and never felt pressured. We also met with Mr. Finn to finalize the sale and he went over everything in great detail. My wife an I recently purchased a car through Serra Toyota. Our experience started off on a positive note with A.J. who was informative and not too pushy. The staff was friendly and soon we were working on the paperwork for a new vehicle. Because of it being close to closing time we agreed to come back the following day to finish the remaining paperwork on the car. Our experience the next day was mediocre as the other individual we were working with seemed to be in a big rush and didnt have time for us. Once we were ready to leave he said he would have to call another employee to come bring us our keys. After waiting around for 10-15 minutes with no keys showing up I once again spoke with him inquiring about the keys to the new car we just purchased. He didnt seem real interested in helping us so I simply began going through different employees desks until I found my keys. Ill give him the benefit of the doubt about being busy, but after making a purchase of a new vehicle I would expect a little more professionalism.

Very helpful staff are really friendly . Drove 2 hours to look at a Toyota 4 runner drove with it a very happy man. I would recommend going to this dealer ship for a used or even new car or truck. Thank you for the awesome ride. Not you sold me a pile of junk if you buy a used ride makes sure you have a real mechanic look at it otherwise your transmission will go out 6 days later even though it shifted fine. Then the warranty place wouldnt even cover it so the dealership had to. Plus when I get ahold of the guy that sold it to me to let him know what kind of issues I had he told me it only had a safety inspection not a 10 point inspection like they told me when I got a loan for the 4 runner. Worst mistake ever!!! Nothing but issues with this truck thanks for nothing.
I found that the service services that you have recommended that would have cost me over $800 are probably not totally necessary. I took the vehicle to another repair center and their recommendations were totally different than yours. Ive been a faithful customer of your dealership since 2010. I will never have my car serviced at your dealership because of the underhanded way youre trying to make money off of your customers.
We are from northern Michigan and our car broke down on 75. We called Serra of Saginaw because we we have had good experiences with Serra of Traverse City. They were so helpful! We had a tow truck pick up our vehicle and a nice gentleman from Serra picked us up with a shuttle. Tom at the service center was great and got our car in. The men at Serra gave us fun ideas of things to do with our kids while they were working on our car. We test drove an awesome 4 runner. 7 hours later we are back on the road, able to continue on our vacation/road trip to Florida thanks to Serra of Saginaw.

Although I came in to see a certain vehicle he introduced me to a couple of other models that were similar to the one I was shopping for to help me make a final decision. Excellent Service. I was with my family traveling from Ann Arbor to my home in Traverse City. Mid way home on a Sunday evening, my Toyota Highlander gas/electric Hybrid started to act up. I was able to stay with family for the evening and called and left a message on the service department answering machine to make an appointment for as early as possible Monday morning. I received a call promptly at 7:00 AM was able to get my car in and serviced quickly. Allowing me to return to my home in Traverse City noon.
In my 4 years of going to Draper/Serra, while I was under warranty and in a new vehicle I was treated great. The moment my car started going through alternators and serpentine belts at an extremely fast rate, they just brushed it off. I kept being charged for the belts, the labor, the alternators, and they had no intentions of telling me that all parts installed by Toyota have a 12 month warranty. Because of their lack of communication, I spent thousands of dollars out of pocket, but thankfully, Toyota customer care was phenomenal and they’re reimbursing me. The service advisors at Serra failed me. They are definitely not there for the customer, they’re there for profit.
Im just amazed at the ease of scheduling service. They are very accommodating. Everyone there goes out of their way to be extremely helpful and friendly.
We went through the express area. The gentlemen were very polite and helpful. The bay was very clean, and everything was handled wonderfully. Definitely worth the drive from Mt Pleasant for a leased vehicle to receive the care and maintenance.

Serra Toyota prices are quite high, they send periodic coupons, which is good, but they expire in a month so there is no way you could use more than one if even one. I tried to use an expired coupon (just over a month expired), hoping they would still honor it, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer (bought 2 new Toyotas from them and get all my service and oil changes from them since 2006), nope, apparently the boss would chew him out if he took an expired coupon! Wow, they were willing to lose a loyal customer over $15! Do not go here, they don’t care about you, just your money, and it shows!

Went to Serra because I have bought vehicles there (when it was Draper) before. Herb Waits is the salesperson that I usually deal with. He is very polite and not high pressure which I appreciate. Was told in advance that the rear brake job would take about one hour when I scheduled the appointment. When I brought the car in, the job took almost 2-1/2 hours. I was forced to cancel another appointment I had made for later in the day. Also, their was grease on the inside door trim - and I had just gotten the car detailed inside and out! NOT pleased!

I dont recommend this place and I dont recommend working with the salesmen Adam. Important details were overlooked and not shared with me during the sales process. I had my car for not even a week and found a large chip in my hood that was clearly there when I bought it. I have had my car for less then 3 months and I take excellent care of it. I have found two more chip marks that they are telling me they cant do anything for me. I have never had a car chip let alone a brand new car. I stronger feel that this car was not treated well before me purchasing it and the manufacture did not do there job. Very disappointed!!!
Never felt so at ease at dealership. Tony made me feel like my OCD thoughts were important and he even thought one step ahead at times. I am no easy customer its a big decision with so many variables. The finance officer was equally pleasant and knew how to do his job. Staff everywhere there just made you feel like Norm in Cheers. Its the way cars sales should be not the old what can I do to get you to buy today pressure!. One thing about the financing, I have better than average credit, I know the rates, they found rates better than my bank with .25 lower discount for my banking reward points. If your looking for a new vehicle to you, its worth stopping.

Having a difficult time with my 1 year old Tacoma. Its intermittently going into limp mode with no rhyme or reason. Tom in service and Duane the technician have been great. Working with me and Toyota to try to get the best results. Though we dont know if it has been fixed yet (nature of an intermittent problem) I have no doubt they will manage the situation as best it can be managed. Thank you Tom and Duane!
