We first found liberty in December 2020. Our heat went out and we had a 2 week old baby at home. They were out the same day and thankfully were able to get our heat going with a quick fix. When the A/C went out mid summer they were our first call and in the same fashion they set it up to come out as soon as we were able to be home. When the fixes didnt work we decided it was time to replace it all and they did that work for us also. They got us in 2 weeks after our estimate and were able to replace our entire furnace and A/C before 4pm. To top it off they took off the cost of the parts for the failed A/C fix. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They gave us an excellent quote and a fast turnaround on a high quality system. I spoke directly to the team who handled the install instead of going through a salesperson, which is great because I dont like paying for overhead. They didnt try to up-sell me and they made sure everything was perfectly fitted to the house. When the install came, they were polite and professional with an impressive fleet of equipment. Everything went flawlessly and now I can forget about my HVAC until they come out to maintenance it next fall.

I had to have a furnace, water heater and central air conditioning put in. I got several estimates but some companies wanted to keep the electrician separate from the total price. Liberty gave me one price with everything included and it was about 1000 dollars cheaper than the other guys. The guys from Liberty were all nice and they finished the job a day early.

When it could not be repaired, Dale brought over some space heaters until the install could occur. He helped me get everything figured out and the installation was fast and well done. I have called twice about someone coming to look at my boiler. Thus far no one has shown up. When I called the office I was told they were busy, and asked if I was a new customer.Does being a new member push me to the back of the line? I have no heat, and just want someone to come look at my boiler.

Liberty done a great job. The igniter went out on my furnace in February we called them. They was there very quick and had the problem taken care of the very next day. In 2015, Dale replaced my 29 year old gas furnace, added a new short run for a vent and sealed the original ducts. While they were removing the old furnace, they kept the work site cleaned up and organized. Same with the installation of the new furnace and chimney liner for the water heater.Because of the quality of his work 3 years ago, Liberty Heating and Cooling was the only choice to install my new gas dryer. I also had Dale do a furnace checkup. A quality job done was done and piece of mind, when dealing with gas, is priceless.

I looked on google maps and found liberty. Called because daughter’s furnace (With house full of kids) went out. He came that day. Two days later, new furnace. He even put in a new thermostat for free and turned in info so she could get a $300 rebate. What a great business. Quick, efficient and friendly. I had my furnace act up and Dale came right away and got it up and running. Being as that my furnace is 20 years old, I asked about replacing it even though the repairs would only be a couple hundred dollars. Dale explained the pros and cons and even told me I could hold off on the AC for a while (so it wasnt him trying to make a buck!) He scheduled quickly and even found me some great rebates.
