This business is top drawer. Although I didn’t purchase any merchandise, I did need help figuring out how to get the band of my online purchased watch to function. I and three friends tried for 45 minutes to understand how the band worked then we gave up. The repair woman at Ivanov’s Watch Repair looked at the band through a loop and in ten seconds she showed me how it works. When I offered to pay her for her time she flatly refused. This is good old fashioned service. A rarity these days.

Ive only had to used their repair services once, but wow, Im so happy I did. I had an automatic watch that had an issue with the crown. They were quick to diagnose the problem and the pricing was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I took some watches in, (I knew nothing about the watches) and the lady gave me information on all of them. I returned a few weeks later and had batteries put in three. The price was very reasonable. Good place to know.

Fantastic experiences. Went in once with a watch thinking it was a battery issue and it wasnt, I was just dumb. But the battery tested well and there was no need to replace so they didnt charge me. Today I went in with a different watch on my lunch. Walked in, told them I needed a new battery, paid $9, and I was out the door in 3 minutes. Talk about easy. Very pleasant people too. 100% recommend this watch place especially if its just a battery needing swapped. My watches are modern but it seems like they have all the tools and equipment for older and more specialized variety as well.

Amazingly fast, professional, and inexpensive. I had two watches that needed to have their bands repaired. I intended to drop them off, for later pickup. The expert here immediately completed both repairs in just a few minutes and charged me only a very modest fee. What a great experience!

Very nice people, who seem to know what they are doing. Ive only had some simple things done, like a bracelet adjustment and they were able to do it while I waited and the cost was reasonable.

I brought my watch in because it was behaving erratically and I thought the battery was dying. In under three minutes they got it working like normal and determined my battery was fine and didnt need to be changed and proceeded to not charge me.
