I went into A Quality Jewelry to get rings polished for my wife and myself. I had also just bought some diamond earrings that were on sale and wanted to ask a professional what his opinion was as to the quality of the diamond earrings. At first the man told me that they dont do appraisals but I proceeded to let him know that I only wanted his opinion on the value of the earrings. So after polishing the gold rings he looked at them and told me he thought they were worth somewhere between $200 and $300. I said that was great because I paid $250 for them and just didnt want them to be worth like $100 or some such thing. Then, to my utter astonishment he became very agitated, raised his voice and proceeded to tell my I was wasting his time and lying to him. Gods honest truth, I just asked his opinion about the earrings and after he had told me his opinion, when I told him what I paid he straight up called me a liar. This was so out of any proper context to our conversation thus far, and myself being merely a customer in good faith, was at this point in total disbelief of what the man was saying to me. He asked me twice why do you have to lie to me and waste my time? So I said are you calling me a liar? and he then immediately replied Yes, you are a liar. Then when I say to him that I was in no way whatsoever intending to misrepresent anything to him and would have no reason to do so, he simply doubles down on calling me a liar. I then told him I would write a bad review on Yelp to which he replied I dont care. I will never ever set foot in this place ever again. Never.

The signs posted on the windows state OPEN M --F 11-5 I went there at 12N on a Thursday, but it was dark inside. Rang the bell, no one answered. Called and left a message (no one answered) suggesting that they take down the open signs if they are not open!

I went in initially to have a ring fixed. They repaired it in record time. When I went back to pick it up, I looked at thier eclectic selection of rings. I found a beautiful ruby ring I bought for my daughter for Christmas. It had the WOW factor I was looking for. Maria was wonderfully helpful and professional. I highly recommend and will return. I came and asked if they are selling vintage watches he asked me what kind then show me one and I asked how much. He said 250 I said do you have other ones. He assumed i wanted to pay 5 to 15 dollars and just left me there. The lady said he is not coming back he is busy so I was kindly kicked out.

I went in to get a ring resized and it’s been 5 days longer than they said it would be and I haven’t heard anything at all from them. When I called, the guy on the phone rushed me to end the call telling me “Give me a phone number I can call you back on and will see in monday.” He also seemed to have a angry rude attitude with me as if I wasn’t supposed to call. I waited until 4 days after the inquire date to call and my ring still isn’t finished and you get mad when I ask about MY ring to see if it’s done? no thank you

I had an engagement ring that needed to be fixed from a previous jeweler.The opal had turned black and needed a new stone.I had it sized and the previous jeweler did a horrible job fuzing it together.I brought it here and they put in a new opal, fixed the place it was fuzed together and polished it up. Seeing the final result made me want to cry. They did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for restoring my ring to perfection.

I went here to get a wedding band for me and to also get my wifes ring cleaned. The gentlemen, Yuriy, was very good with getting me sized up and picking one out that wast to expensive. He was very helpful, straight foreword and kind. The prices were fair and the selection was great.When i got my wifes ring back it looked better then the day we bought it.
