Super nice guys and very knowledgeable. I had never been here before yesterday but I went in to have a watch battery replaced and they took care of it on the spot. We spoke for awhile about jewelry and watches, and they cleaned some of my jewelry for free. These guys are like small neighborhood watch wizards, they are genuinely good people! Will definitely be back again!

The service was fantastic. I wasnt too confident going in, as Id never even heard of the place before,but the customer service was excellent. My issue was easily resolved,despite my repeated changes to how my watch was setup. The staff were very accommodating. Its a small shop,but repairs are reasonable, and they stock a decent selection of watches and accessories. Very satisfied.

This is definitely the best place you can take your watch and get it repaired. Owner operated and the man is experienced professional and prices are reasonable. I don’t think you could do better if you think you watch off to Switzerland

Poor customer service, rude, unprofessional, and racist employees. I don’t know why they discuss politics, and religion with customers while they are waiting at the store, and waiting for their watches to be repaired. It is not professional at all because they can lose their business. The employees here need to talk for themselves not for everyone else. On the top of that high prices, and low quality materials. I won’t recommend this location for friends and families.💯💯👎👎😡😡

I have been going to this store for more than 10 years. The owner is a skilled jeweler. The prices he charges are the most reasonable in Sacramento. I have always received honest personal service. He receives my highest recommendation.

These employees are really sick in the head, and will charge you for nothing. They didn’t repair my watch, but charge me high price. Very disappointed, and won’t recommend this location to friends, and families 😡😡

Prices they charge are fair and Mr. Gillian will tell you up-front if the watch is not worth the money to fix.
