They were great to work with for getting dirt/sod out of our back yard.

Cleaning out my uncles house where he lived since 1968. Its 2 full lots, one with a house, the other with a huge 3 car garage, both buildings packed with stuff. We used 3 20 yard dumpsters and 1 40 yard dumpster. They were always able to deliver the next day and once they were able to take the current dumpster and replace it the same day. Love this company for renting dumpsters.

Greenwaste of Sacramento was absolutely stellar to work with. My receptacle was delivered clean, on time, and to the location I requested. I needed to keep it for a few extra days and my request to do so was made to them after the 24-hour period they request for notice - they were incredibly helpful and cool about it. Pickup was a breeze. I would absolutely use Greenwaste again and have already recommended them to multiple people.

I used Greenwaste of Sac twice... One 40 yard and a 20 yard the second time. Awesome awesome customer service! Both times from the original phone call to the driver picking up the bin.... Outstanding employees and service. They also were ontime and picked up bin early immediately upon my request, and placed in the exact spot and door orientation I requested. The drivers communication was awesome too...they let you know when theyre on their way with a phone call and text message. Cant say enough about them. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Bait and switch operation, be careful of the 199.00 deal. Only applies if it goes back empty!!

I got charged an overweight fee even though I put nothing other than dirt in the container and it wasnt completely full. The additional charge was almost 20%. Why dont you include everything in the quote? This felt like gotcha marketing.

Honestly this is ridiculous for a company to have drivers with so little consideration for people and even the noise ordinance that they would not only throw garbage from the container to the floor but hes sitting her banging the door for 25 plus minutes over and over before 6am until 630 successfully waking my small child and their customer seevice is subpar not even an apology just oh okay ill call them. Which didnt turn out to matter or didnt happen because 30 minutes later the trash is still on` the ground and the guy is still here, then they blocked people in with the new bin and theyre drivers are inconsiderate to say the least Please for your neighbors sake choose someone else.
