This was my first visit, and I was very impressed! Great staff, nice office, and most of all great care!My previous dentist had a terrible payment plan for braces, which pretty much forced you to pay them off within a couple months, with a very big down payment! Arden Park Dental Care, actually has A payment plan where you can pay monthly, and they give you a discount, and a free retainer which is normally over $1000, which other dentists don’t tell you about!

Very upscale dental office. Dr. And staff are very friendly and professional. I’m getting visualizes at 75 and it’s been very easy. Dr has been trying to talk me interested this for years. Thought at my age why do it. My bite actually was hurting two bottom teeth and my two top teeth. Then I had a friend who git dentures (not from my dentist) and she has been so miserable and it’s been over a year and she still cannot eat with her dentures. I thought I better do whatever I can to keep my teeth. Wish I had done this earlier but grateful I’m doing this now.. I also got am implant from her and she did that all in house. She is highly educated, caring and very loving person. Give her a try.

After my tooth was pulled they fitted me with a snap on smile” so I didn’t have a gaping hole in my mouth while I waited for my gum to heal.I deal with anxiety & panic attacks. They have been so helpful & understanding when I have had issues. I think they are extraordinary when it comes to staff and services.Both my parents now come to Arden Park & Dr Formoli.”

This team of professionals is amazing. They took me in on an emergency and showed the best care. They got me scheduled with an endo same day for an emergency root canal and had a crown made and sealed the next day. I have finally found a dental office that shows the care I need to be able to go to a dentist without anxiety. I highly recommend. 10/10

Love the place and the people that work there. Its the only dentist that Ive held more than one appointment with. Yes they are a little more expensive but its well worth it. My teeth were so bad that Ive seen them every 2 weeks for the last 7 months and will continue. Now have invisalign through them and Im getting more confident to smile again. They work with payments in house or what ever you need. You wont be disappointed.

I had the worst tooth pain I have ever experienced and called 10 different dentists for an emergency appointment and nobody could take me until July! Arden Park Dental Care got me in on the same day, the receptionist was so sweet and understanding! I ended up needing a tooth extraction and got it done the same day, the doctor and staff were so incredible! I found my new dentist! Highly recommend!!

The first time I walked into Arden Park Dental I felt comfortable, everyone was so friendly and helpful and treated you like family. I had implants and upper plat that was done for me, I have not been fond of dentist for a long time and Dr. Formoli &Olga made me feel like I never felt before at the Dentist office. They did such great work on my implants and upper plat that I feel like I was born with them and I cant thank them enough for the great work that they have done. I would have no problem referring them to anyone else who needs Dental work done I believe that because they do such good work and treat you like family. Very professional and excellent customer service. The Dr. is very nice and straight forward. She really care for my teeth. I went in for emergency dental and was referred to an endo and got a same day appointment! Best service ever because you won’t be able to get an appointment with a specialist until 4-6weeks later and I appreciate how the staff went above and beyond for me and I believe they’ll do the same for everyone who goes here. I had to wait a while but I didn’t mind! The service was excellent and I Highly recommend this office! Will also be having my husband come here ❤️

For me, this place has really improved since I first started coming and overall, it’s a pleasant experience.They have a membership option that I use in which you pay $200 and get two cleanings per year plus an assortment of other discounts and additions.They have really worked with me to get an appointment on a timely basis.I feel like they have thought of everything to make the experience more efficient which is helpful. :)

Professional and courteous care from the front desk all the way up to the dentist. Sure visiting the dentist is sometimes uncomfortable, but these pros made sure I was as comfortable as could be. I need some additional dental care, as the exam revealed, and was educated clearly on what and why. It was my first visit and found everyone in the office so nice and professional!! Dr. Shahnaz and her staff were so nice and made me feel so comfortable extracting my tooth.She took the time to really explain and how my teeth prob can be fixed. She is going to be my familiy dentist for sure.

Great place! Had to wait at front desk for 7 minutes before anyone came to help me but thats no problem. The service was great and everyone was very helpful and friendly. They answered all my silly questions. Definitely recommend and I will be coming here for regular check ups from now on. Wish I could give more stars.

I absolutely love office. They have helped me to change my life, my smile and fixed my sons teeth. To top that off they offer a in house dental insurance thats hard to resist. I got in within a few days and was back on schedule within a week. I love them. I am now a loyal client

Make sure to ask what kind of treatment you are getting because they tend to do things without consulting you that result in extra charges (For example, flouride, irrigation, and cancer screening) I understand that might be “What’s best for gum health” but patients should made aware that is not covered by insurance BEFORE HAND. They will try to push Invisalign as much as possible.Good service overall but I can’t post a review without stating all the facts. I have been a patient here for 2 years.

First time at the dentist. Found through Groupon. The office manager Rachael is very warm, friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant Jean was extremely quick, Happy and smiling. The dentist was very nice and professional. Too much up sell was a bit off putting. Although no pressure. Would have given 5 stars if they were currently ADA accessible. Had to call to try and get help with my walker up the stairs. A patient coming out was very kind to assist me. I understand the building was just sold and is undergoing renovations.

It’s no secret how I feel about Arden Park Dental!! Every time I’ve gone in there everyone has gone way above and beyond what one would normally expect at a dentist’s office. They truly care about their patients and make you feel valued and confident that you are getting the best possible care available. This environment starts at the top with Doctor Formoli. A lot of time a dentist would breeze in, take a look and breeze out, but Dr Formoli always takes the time to make sure you understand what’s going on.

Front desk explains the status of your insurance and gives you a great picture of what is covered, how much things cost, and whether to elect into optional procedures. All the hygienist are knowledgeable and explain why they do the things they do, which make it easier to keep up with dental care. The doctor is nice and really cares about her patients well-being. Ive had nothing but great experiences.

The staff here are very nice with such great service! My 4 year old son had an awful experience at another dentist and hated the Dentist. I took him here and they were able to completely handle my son and fix his teeth with a smile on his face. He loved it there and will let me go back anytime. The office staff and Dentist were so caring and gentle and it made ALL the difference!

Ive been coming here for close to 15 years now. I have had plenty of work done over those years and can say that I have never had an issue with any of the work not being done correctly or having a filling come out or a crown come loose. Staff is very friendly and very good at their job. Just recently had a crown done and they did it in house so I didnt have to come back which is a great convenience since Im coming in all the way from Rocklin. I have recommended a number of people here and will continue to do so.

I am truly amazed and completely dumbfounded on the level of disrespect that I received at this location!!!. I came in for a simple consultation and what I received was complete disrespect. After the Dr. Shahnaz L. Formoli finished treating me I was curious on the cost on the treatment that I need it so I asked her and she responded very disrespectful and unprofessional, screaming, and yelling at me. She said to me You dont have money to pay?, Do you have money or not?? You need the treatment anyways screaming and yelling at me with the worst attitude like ir I was asking something for free, she was upset because I didnt let her do anything before knowing the cost and since I dont have insurance she knew I have pay cash so that make her more upset that I wanted to know the cost first. I feel so sorry for the employees that work with her if she treats costumers like this I can only imagine how she treats them.

I have been using the services of Dr Formoli for over a decade. I can remember around 2003 she did a root canal with a water laser. I did not have one injection. No pain and no recovery time. Now its 2016 she made a Digital Crown in 1 1/2 hours while I waited in the office. I now live in Houston Texas and I still come back to her as she really knows her job. I have tried other dentist and they dont measure up.

Brought my 3 kids in for their cleanings and x-rays. They were very friendly and were amazing with all the kids, including my 3 year old!

This was by far one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Dr. Formoli and her assistant Olga are amazing!! This is the first time I have ever gone through a dental procedure with absolutely zero anxiety. Their technology is top notch and I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Also, all of the office personnel are super nice and very helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave me a really great payment option that would work for anyone with a tight budget.
