No customer service assistance at all during tax season and the pandemic. No one is answering phone and they have peoples refunds. smh

Ive been going here for 5 years this year they messed up on my taxes. They used an address that is not mine and now its on hold and they wont answer the phone. Mike needs better workers asap

I never had to wait for my refund this long. Its been 32 days. No one answers the phone.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Ive used turbo tax the past few years and it has worked fine. This year I made a little more income so I had some questions about my return and thought I should go in to a place to get the most help in understanding everything. They rush you in and out and dont help you with your questions. I got home and looked at my file so I can figure things out for myself and as I looked in my folder, they had gave me someone elses complete file. Their full name, birthday, social security number, EVERYTHING right there! How unprofessional. I am beyond frustrated. Ive had my identity stolen before, so I am praying that someone else didnt get my complete file and I dont get screwed again. I came to return the file that was mistakenly given to me and get my file and everyone seems to not have a clue what happened or where my complete file was. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, EVER.

I will never use this place again. I had a horrible experience. Went here because my brother said they were good. I will never listen to him again. My husband and I have been waiting 2 months for our returns. They didn’t even submit our medical forms.

Don’t use this place. They cut too many corners. I’m Being audited for the first time ever. Had HR Block do a double check and found my filing for 2017 was in correct and had to be amended. They say everyone is approved for an advance it is a lie. They will file and only tell you your not approved when it’s too late. They go through same banks as every other tax prep service. Fees are more than HR block and have no gaurantee of accuracy. Very ghetto staff at front. Your safer paying for a professional service or doing urself at home.

Mike is terrible ... he forgets u and every thing else.. he tries to multitask but cant...hes terrible at having your paperwork organized, and to top it off hell have a check for u and never call. Even wen u call he doesnt look .never b back . I swear

I have called this place 3 times today to talk to Mike about my taxes..i have not received a call back yet...since 1230 pm ...its now 5.30 pm...omg dis is insane..i really hope dey get it together...i dnt wana have to give a bad review...

This place is the worse place on the planet I will never ever go there again. I got a Christmas advance and as soon as I IRS started excepting tax returns they submitted my tax returns without my W2 and childcare forms. I was Highly upset. Then called me sign my forms and had to do a modification so that I can get paid for what I paid to childcare. THEN never submitted the modification forms so I can get the rest of my money...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!..NEVER EVER GO HERE NEVER

When my mother passed away Mike gave me an early advance on my taxes. Ive been dealing with them for the last 5 years and wouldnt go anywhere else.

I will not be filing with them again. I usually go to the one on Madison every year but they were closed so decided to go to this one worst mistake. I have been calling to check if there is any updates on the advances which I was told takes 24 hours when I filed its going on 96, the employees are very rude. I just called a few mins ago and couldnt even get my whole sentence out before the chick cut me off and said No. That is not customer service I work for a credit union. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!!!

They took a while but they bought pizza for everyone in the waiting room and the always make me feel welcomed I do my taxes there every year if you go tell them I referred you so you can get a discount

Very badd experience..... my tax return was for $1883 an the federal took 471...so which left us with 1,412 well they found away to take more than 450 by sayin they were takin xo amount for are tax fees which were not explained an by sayin the card they gave us to load are Refund on was gonna be charged $200 dollars just to activate the card ... long story short we only got 968 total from are refund smh.... an tried to pocket are $50 dollars off... I work very hard all year for whatever the federal an state take out of my checks weekly an for them to play with someones money is bs ........dont go to these people rip offs..... the people that gave this business are just people working with them its all bs ......
