Stay away, They are not organized at all. Originally i had my taxes prepared with them, they came back stating i owed thousands of dollars, I decided to get a second opinion and that Tax accountant came back saying i would be getting $700 back, I decided not to go with IBS. I requested my document back and they stated they were closed due to COVID (this was back in April/May) Now, months after months Ive been requesting my documents and they kept giving me the run around stating that they are at the other office, one time the lady said she had them and to come and get them, when i arrived they couldnt find them and they would call me when they found them (never received a call). Ive called multiple times requesting my documents, every time they would say let me check and i will call you back, not once did i receive a call back. I just got off the phone with them and they said they do not have the files and they were shredded, clearly they miss placed them.

I had a complex tax issue that needed to be resolved, so I called ahead to make sure it was something their tax preparers could handle. I was told on the phone that they would be able to handle my issue, and to go ahead and bring in my paperwork. However, when I physically went to receive services, I was told otherwise. Not happy that my time was wasted, very unprofessional.

One of the best tax consultants Ive ever had. After five years of business ownership, I have someone who knows how to advise me. Thanks guys!
