I cannot begin to describe what an excellent experience we had with Renova. We just moved here from NC and were referred to them for our concrete paint. The paint looks excellent and we couldn’t be more satisfied, but the overall experience and service was phenomenal. This is our 9th state and home to own and I have never received such great service. Lorenzo, his wife and entire crew were very communicative, even suggesting colors to compliment the pool tile and house. Very timely and efficient. I cannot say enough seriously!! Before, during and after photos attached! They did our backyard, court yard, and stairs leading up to the house! Oh and did I mention VERY reasonably priced!

Lorenzo and his team did an excellent job cleaning 20 years of lime scale from our pool tiles, replacing the plastic strip where the tile meets the decking and replacing a few missing tiles from skimmer intake. His team was very well organized, professional, quiet and they took the time needed to properly refresh and seal the tiles. There was a lot of manual labor involved and it was worth the price. Its one of the few back yard projects that will quickly be obviously worth what you pay for it, and immediately improve your quality of life. Lorenzo did a great job of setting expectations, communicating scheduling, coordinating his team and being available to address anything that came up and we didnt have to remind anyone of the work contracted for....straight forward and worth the wait and cost. Would always recommend Renova for this type of work.

Lorenzo and his team provided an excellent job at cleaning the calcium deposit from my tiles. He also repaired my waterfall (3 shear decent) as it had a leak, and had to break out the concrete to replace the entire unit. His professionalism and communication kept me quite informed during the entire job. Thank you Lorenzo!

Lorenzo was easily reachable, and worked to fit into a last minute Spa tile cleaning job. He showed up on time and did a brilliant job of removing some heinous calcium deposits along the spa. Post job clean up left the spa tile and area in great shape. While he was there he also gave a bid to do the same for the pool (not nearly as bad shape as the spa) along with great ideas and ballpark pricing for the deck.We will be calling him back end of pool season.

They were AMAZING!!! When we bought the house, the pool tile was so bad you couldnt see the tile thru the gunk. It now looks like I have brand new tile. I will use them again and again. Very kind people and a fantastic value. I couldnt give them a higher rating. You wont be sorry if you go with RENOVA!!!!!

We were very satisfied with Lorenzo’s service. He cleaned our pool tile and acid washed our pool. From the time he came out to give us an estimate to the time he finished the job, he was very prompt and showed professionalism. He communicated all he was going to do and answered all our questions. Lorenzo and his team did a great job cleaning the calcium deposits off our pool tile including the raised bond beam and adjacent steps. They were very tidy and got the job done in a very reasonable time. Highly recommended.

Lorenzo did a phenomenal job on my pool. It was completely white with calcium deposits and his equipment removed it all completely in 3 hours. I would recommend his services to anyone that needs a job done quickly. Made my pool look almost new again.

Our HOA community has entrusted Lorenzo for two jobs now, this time our entire pool. He was on-time and finished the job in less than 3hrs for a 50x20 kidney shaped pool. Hes a wealth of information with top notch equipment that hes extremely proud of and it all shows.In addition, our community pool is surrounded by trees and has deposited tons of leaves . Lorenzo and his assistant Oscar did an amazing cleanup job going above and beyond by blowing off the deck and skimming all the leaves as well as vacuuming all the debris in the bottom.When it comes time for resurfacing our concrete around the pool Renova is going to be on the top of our list for bids.

Not a great experience. Cleaned my pool tile and it looked fine. Was supposed to last 1 to 3 years. 6 months later the tiles are worse than ever. Called and spoke to him and texted pics and then after repeated phone calls, never heard from him again.

Highly reccomend Lorenzo. He is a real professional, alway returning calls, showing up on time, and his crew cleaned up every day on the job.
