Called and they answered right away very informative and got an appointment the very next morning . the technician was her 2 hrs also very informative. great service all the way around . Im happy . look forward to their help and service this year . we are new customers and will continue updates as we go

I called this place on Friday at 7pm and talked to a representative. That representative told me that someone would call me back on Monday. No call, I waited till 430 on Tuesday still no call so I called finally got a hold of someone. They told me a specialist would be at my sometime after 3pm on Wednesday. It is now 6pm and a no show no call. I looked when they closed and it says 5pm. I called at 5 and a representative told me a tech would call me. I waited for 30 minutes no call. I called back another representative told me they would put in an urgent message to for them to call. Still no call at 30 minutes. I will not be having this company come out. First of all they wasted my afternoon didn’t show didn’t call. If I did that at work I would be fired. I have a bad pest problem, but they won’t get a red cent from me. Don’t make the same mistake as me, dont waste your time, don’t call these people they don’t need your money either.

Mitch has been our service guy for several years now. He had been such a joy to see each time our home gets serviced. Genuine people work for genuine companies.He always address any issues we have whether it be mice (that’s why we called in the first place) to bugs. We get our home serviced every other month and they offer auto pay which is super convenient!Mitch is always attentive to our needs and we appreciate it!

It was not the company so much as it was Mitch. He’s the one who sprays. I had actually decided not to use Zap but he called me out of the blue to see if he could help me with anything. Previously ended service with another company, but recently had an ant problem inside the house. I reached out to Zap via their website and even though their website said the office was closed, I was called back right away to set up service for the next day. The technician that came out was not only on time, but called to tell me a more specific time he was coming instead if having to wait at home for the normal 2 hour window thats given. He was super nice and extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. We may have had only one service so far, but Im already so happy I switched to Zap!

Zap is always thorough with their services and works with my schedule since our technician Jimmy knows we dont like leaving the gates unlocked when we arent home. All of our pest problems have been solved thanks to Jimmy and I couldnt be more thrilled! Our landlord is so pleased with Zap that he intends on using their services once we close on our home purchase and move out. We highly recommend Zap!

Ive been a customer of Zap since 2016, when I bought my house. Before owning my home, Id been aware of Zap Pest Control since my folks have used them for years. And in my time with using Zap Pest Control, I have to say theyve been excellent. Their rep shows up every other month, calls a day in advance to inform me that they intend on coming by the next day and provide a reasonable window when they will show up (a two-hour window, typically). Their rep (in my case, Jack) will ask if there have been any trouble spots around the home he should focus on. Then he gets right to work.Zap uses safe products to spray for bugs and pests, and they dont require me to leave the house or avoid contact outside. They spray the exterior of the house to take care of bugs, then leave their bill on my security door. If I ever need to reach out to Zap directly, they are easy to contact and their staff are personable and friendly. In my opinion, Zap Pest Control is a high-quality company that does their job well, and you cant get a better company for an affordable price.

Technician was very knowledgeable about the chemicals used and how they effect or don’t effect the environment. He also was very efficient at spraying the exterior, no lingering smell either. I would recommend Zap.

We have used ZAP services for years. They have done good work, conscientious about our pets, and we have been flea free much to our delight and our pets. The technicians are polite and ensure the gates are secure upon leaving. I recommend their services to those who ask. The cost is reasonable.

I have used Zap for years. Their service person comes by the house regularly and does a wonderful job. He is very responsive and when I call with a particular need he always addresses it. He also calls before his visit and asks if I have areas that I want him to focus on. Who could ask for more?

My experience has not been the best as they cannot really pinpoint any one area and mostly use all-in-one deteriorate for all insects. I also do you not like that there is just one technician and I am often working around his schedule rather than the other way around. I also feel it would be nice to receive a reminder since the service is only every other month. I often have no idea when to expect my technician to arrive because of the lack of communication

I was referred by my neighbor to call Zap for there services because we were getting these annoying little beetles. My initial call was very pleasant and professional. Then when it was time for my appt, Jimmy is the gentlemen who gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving for service. He was a very sweet man. It’s only been a day since the spray inside and outside of the house but so far so good. The only questionable item I have (as I have not checked my account yet) I received (2) receipts for initial payment different days, so hopefully it’s just a glitch and not charging my credit card twice.

Your workers are here when expected and work quietly. I like that youre using sprays that dont harm bees or leave bad odors. Our rat traps are checked without my asking. If I have a special problem with ants, spiders or wasps, all I have to do is let you know and its taken care of. THANK YOU!The cost of this service is reasonable and thats a plus!

Great experience with Zap so far! The staff has been very friendly and helpful and they’ve eliminated our flea issue at our new home. We’ve set up regular service which is pretty affordable given we have a large lot.

Mitch is awesome. He always takes care of us when we have any concerns about ants or spiders. I probably wouldnt use Zap if it werent for him!

General service has been satisfactory. But yesterday Mitch over pumped his sprayer and the hose burst. He was inside the house when it happened, and it sprayed all over me and my home office....a big mess. Mitch was in the house in order to get access via a window to a high eave by using a window. Very unfortunate.

In the time I have had service from zap I have been impressed with the protocols they have of webbing the eaves each time and spraying around the foundation. When I had trouble with rats they quickly placed traps. They always ask if there any other problems that I might be encountering with pests. However, they have twice sent out new technicians that failed to maintain their protocols completely. In both cases they spent less time treating our home and left without completing all the things they say they do. When I brought this to the attention of their managers, the managers made sure they came right back out and completed the service.I wonder if there is a lack of adequate training for new technicians. I don’t Like having to watch what they do to make sure they’re doing the job completely.

Does a great job! Gets down all the spider webs, sprays and knocks down the wasp nests, comes anytime I need treatment on something that comes up between visits, always asks if there is anything else that needs to be treated. Courteous and knowledgeable!
