Called Pinnacle Pest 4 days ago for an ant control service. They had me scheduled the following day but had to reschedule me again for the next. Nevertheless, I finally got my service and they were impressive to say the least. Getting rescheduled was a hassel but 1 day later and no sign of ants. or any bugs.

Worked with Pinnacle Pest Control and they were fantastic. I absolutely could not get rid of a wasps nest so I contacted them from a friends recommendation. They actually took care of the situation right way, It turn out that I was doing it all wrong and forcing the wasps deeper into the window frame and house siding.

Worth every penny spent on their service. I couldve hired a cheaper pest control service but I wouldnt sacrifice quality over money. Cant wait to have some barbeque nights in my ant-free yard.

Had my backyard serviced because of a wasp infestation. While they are a bit pricey, they do offer a 60 day warranty. If needed, they’ll come back for no additional charge and spray again within the timeframe. Hoping I won’t get to use the warranty and officially be wasp-free.

Kind of disappointed on their slow response for my scheduled fumigation service. They eventually came over to my house 2 hours later. Hoping for a better service next month.

Signed up for Pinnacle’s bi-monthly exterior treatment. So far no annoying pest activities outside. Hopefully these treatments would be as effective as they say.

So easy to work with. All I had to do was tell them my suspicions and they were over pronto. A few hours later they told me that there is rodent in our house and made my house was rodent free!

I was a little disappointed because I saw another cockroach the day after their team worked on my house. But I told them about it and they came over ASAP, no extra charge involved. Awesome service :)

We were concerned about damaging the siding of our home becuase of the termites. After contacting Pinnacle, they made a an initial inspection to evaluate and create a plan so there was minimal damage. They explained the steps and showed us the parts of our property where they believe the termites were swarming. 6 months later our house is termite-free!

I have a rather large house, with lots of foundations, and lots of column footings. I had a termite infestation. I contracted the company, and received a reply directly from the company president Jim. He came out and checked my home, told me exactly what needed to be done, when his company could perform the work, exactly how much it would be, and that the superior product that they use would last about 10 years. I even asked if they could come out once a year to re-apply the product...just to make sure....to my Happy Surprise, he said that was not necessary. The product is the best in the industry, and lasts many years. He came out to my home on the day of the application, to personally review with his work team: what exactly I wanted, and exactly what to do and how to do it. The team was hard working, and proficient. They really went above & beyond the call of duty. I was very satisfied with the work, the team, the superior product they used ( I thoroughly investigated it...it really is the best ), and especially Jim. Before, during and after the project he was always on top of everything. Terrific follow through too...very prompt....very knowledgeable. I would recommend his company to anyone.

Two weeks after they removed the spider webs from my backyard, new ones started to form again. Since they gave a 60 day warranty, we called them up and they came out a couple days later and removed the nest. It’s been a week and still no signs of new spider webs.

The termites were eating the house ALIVE. Wed tried other pest control teams work on us but no one was as successful at eliminating the problem as Pinnacle. We owe them our entire home!

I had some dry rot on the outside door jam. The repair was done on time and very professional. I would recommend them and will use them in the future if needed

After the initial repair we were not happy with the work or some of the customer service aspects. We raised these concerns and the owner called me promptly to apologize and make things right. Wow they really knocked it out of the park. They went above and beyond, fixing siding which wasnt even dry rotted just weathered, changing out support posts, and offering us monetary compensation. Everyone messes up occasionally, but after their response to our concerns I feel extremely comfortable recommending them.

This is an awesome company please take time to read my story.Recently we purchased a home that had. It been well maintained there had been significant rodent activity in the attic. Who looks there? Anyway I found this company online and called looking for help. Within a few days Josh arrived provided a quote and arranged for service within a week. The service included removing and replacing the soiled insulation, trapping and baiting in case there was still activity and cleaning and deodorizing the attic.Prior to the work starting it was a long holiday weekend and don’t you know something was caught in a trap. I took a chance and emailed Josh not expecting a response until the next business day but Josh responded and came the next morning taking away the rodent.Then the work began the two young men who arrived, Eric and Carlos were very personable, professional and efficient not to mention they are a great team. We needed to know where the mice were entering our house. It took Ryan a few minutes to find the hole in the wall that leads outside the house. Hired this company to seal off my attic and trap the rats. They were extremely nice before I signed up and now that my house is heating up the smell of the dead rats in the attic is making my kids sick. We are going to stay in a hotel. The inspector Josh seemed bothered when I wanted to find out about a front door sweep that they finally said they couldnt put on after the 6th time I asked. I highly regret coming up with $1300 to pay them for this terrible customer service. I shouldve went with Clark Pest control, I used them years ago at another property and never had any issues! Update, I have edited my review bcus of their employee named David! He is very professional and great customer service! If I was rating David alone it would be 5 stars!

I have Commercial property that Pinnacle Pest has been servicing for 2 years now. I originally called Pinnacle after my tenant found mouse droppings. Since its hard staying on top of problems with my rental property, I try to get reliable help. Anyway, Pinnacle sent a technician out the next day. The Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the openings where rodents were getting in and sealed them, set some traps and I havent had a problem since. Very pleased with service. They return my calls promptly, arrived on schedule and get the job done right. No inflated claims, no gross markups, no nonsense and professional to the end.
