We still have ants. Theyve been out twice in three weeks. I understand if my neighbor has ants I have ants, but its been like this once before and they handled it. Not this time

The technician who has serviced my home has been excellent, and I give him 5 stars.The office staff with whom I have spoken have not met my expectations for customer service. For example, due to my moving, I canceled my service, but I was not asked the effective date of my cancellation. The rep said, Ill cancel it today. Thank you, good bye, and hung up. I called back immediately to change the date to month end. I was told that the cancellation had already been entered for the same day and could not be changed. This is not satisfactory.

Every employee I have had contact with was always friendly, most are helpful. They try to work with you on scheduling and services are great. The only complaint I would have is the price. For my family and myself, the extra $$ is completely worth it!

Cuz of Covid they dont even wanna spray inside even though everyone exits the house person seemed upset/grumpy last month for asking for spraying inside. I do understand we have to stay safe but wearing gloves masks staying 6 ft away is the best we can do. If we are paying for a service dont see why we are not getting inside sprayed when needed. Even when they spray outside they get done so fast seems like we are paying unnecessary and probably will be discontinuing service.

Im using clark for a cockroach infestation I went with terminex the first time and after months of treatment they didnt get rid of em but after the very FIRST treatment with clark two days later Im seeing close to no bugs I would highly recommend clark for any and all pest control needs thank u guys

Weve been using Clark for a couple years now, at least. We had a huge black widow problem and ever since we started having them come we have almost no issues! Miles is great! He is super professional and has the best customer service!

Office staff opposite from robotic, warm & seemed to care. Inspector was knowledgeable & shared information as a friend would, not as a salesman. (Orkins guy gave answers inconsistent with his other answers, giving the impression he was guessing.)

We were charged $650 to service our garage for rodents! They placed 9 traps and did not catch one--I had to clean up the feces, urine and damage myself. I asked for a refund and was denied. I will NEVER call them again and urge you to think twice before you call them.

Clark Pest Control Roseville Branch and Duane the best 5-star choice!I recently had to deal with a powder post beetle and termite infestation in my house. I received estimates and advice from 5 major termite and pest companies in Sacramento. Duane from Clark was very helpful, professional and gave me straightforward advice after doing a very thorough inspection. He did not try to sell me all kinds of additional services. I was not looking for the cheapest --I was looking for the best company and most trustworthy and professional as I wanted to protect my home foremost. I found the most professional -and felt I could put my trust in Duane and his company. He also gave me the best price for the same service of the other companies! I literally saved a few thousand dollars going with Clark and the service was exceptional! I am writing this review as I want to help other homeowners with the stress of looking at all the reviews ( I did that), meeting tons of companies and getting their recommendations (I did that) and finding the most affordable but trustworthy company (I found that!). Ask for Duane and call the Roseville Branch. I recommend them highly and was very pleased with the service. Also, they had the longest warranty and a wonderful follow up program.

He set baits and told me other things I could do to alienate the problem. I have not heard mice under my home again.

Hired Clark Pest Control a year ago (had to sign up for a year plan). Only four rats were caught in the whole year by these professionals, with the first rat was being caught 2 months after we hired them. I caught 5 times more rats on my traps, than they. They did not disclose that they will not go into the attic and into the basement, which I found out only after I asked them to do that and they laughed at me. The rats never left the house, although they said that they closed off the house from rats. First month was calling them and telling them that I still hear the rats, and they were telling me that those were the rats that were trapped inside, and they will die off or something. As off today rats are still inside. They did not keep their appointments. The list goes on and on. I know some big places hire them, state departments in downtown Sacramento, where there are tens of thousands of rats. In such places it is easier for Clark Pest Control to show results. But in a residential home they do not do anything.

Of all the companies that we regularly have service from, Clark has the most consistent and best quality customer service. Their field technicians are unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Other companies could learn a lot from how they treat their customers...they walk the talk for sure.

Clark Pest Control has taken care of my house for several years, whether I lived there or rented out all or part of it. Usually the same person comes (Chris). He never breaks anything. He is careful not to use things that kill butterflies. And my ant problem is gone!

I like that your techs are unobtrusive, yet available if you have a question or need something extra. I like that if you need something extra, I can call and have an extra visit. I MOST like that I dont have bugs!

Having used Pinnacle to identify and solve several problems that Clark overlooked, I definitely favor Pinnacle. One example is rodent exclusion. Clark charged us a hefty sum to seal up points of entry. After a recent rat infestation, Pinnacle identified no less than 13 glaring rat highways that Clark overlooked. Several years ago, termites were found active in one small area of our house. Clark advised us to tent and fumigate the entire 5100 sf house. Pinnacle used local application of orange oil. Several years later- no termites. Shop around, you can do better than Clark.

We have used Clark Pest Control Service before at another location and decided to get it at our current home. They are always professional and always ask if there was any problems with any pests. We have had a couple different techs come out. The second tech was better than the first in treating the yards.He sprayed around the house in garage and the lawns and flower beds.The last tech didn’t do a good job by knocking down webs and had to call for a retreat. They say when they leave if u have any problems with pests to text or call them. And they have always been back when needed. The only thing is one time we had a rat problem with the last tech and he said we can’t do a thing about it! Like put out traps or anything cause of the wildlife such as squirrels and stray cats. Other than that issue we have no other problems with Clark.

Individual employees are great. Somethings not right with communication, though. Whenever someone new takes over our account, we have to tell them ALL OVER AGAIN exactly what we want taken care of in our yard, and how we want it done. So basically if youre not home when they come, youll get poison all over your herbs and other edible plants whenever someone new comes out.

Awesome. I have used their monthly service for several years now and I couldnt be more happy. My dogs never have fleas and I dont get bite marks all over my legs during spring and summer. No spiders and no rodents. Very, very happy.

Clark Pest control is the greatest. Our technician Dirk has followed us as we have moved from home to home. He understands our concerns about our three small dogs, he understands that our being self employed he works around our schedule. He is kind and considerate and knowledgeable when we move and run across a new critter we have no idea what it is! If he is just an example of the rest of your employees, you are a blessed company!

Never use them again getting half of service any getting full bill. Stopping service didnt work. Going to court to stop service.

I would recommend Clark for home pest control because the staff is always friendly and professional but I have never used a different company so have no other experience to compare with. Sometimes it seems that they finish too quickly to zap my outer sheds as I request but I dont have any black widows so all seems great.

Great company to work for! Ive been here going on 7 months. The overall attitude and atmosphere of clark creates a work environment that is very different from anywhere i have worked prior. Its really shows with the rest of the employees as well not one person is upset having to be at work in the morning which is passed down to the customers with great customer service. A friend broke down in their parking lot and he was needing his paycheck to fix it. They towed him before he could get it repaired costing him his truck. They dont really care about peoples problems they just like to spray poison

Clark Pest Control is very pricey. For 15 minutes of walking the yard with a squirt here and there and continued presence of yellow jackets and ants it is really not a bargain.

Jacob was great!!! I havent seen 1 bug since he left. I almost didnt use them because of the young lady that answered the phone was rude. We had a miscommunication about the day. When the day came and they didnt call or show. I called them and the lady was very rude. She basicly blamed me and asked why I didnt call earlier. The only reason I kept the next appointment was because of Jacobs previous visit. And I am glad we did. My only suggestion is to work on the costumer service when answering phone calls.

Nona in the Sacramento office was very rude. Had to call three times because I kept getting false information. They said they’d return calls that they never did. Then when I asked to speak to a manager they told me they were all “out”. Just poor customer service. I really wish I could have spoken some one in charge.

This was the first time I used Pest Control due to fleas in my house. I called around and received all kinds of quotes. Terminix: $406, Orkin: $645 and Clark: $820.The Clark sells representative came to our property. Of course, he was great at selling and claimed that we needed all sorts of bug treatment since our home was new. I explained, all I needed was a one time service. He kept suggesting we take there 1 year contract. Clark is going to do a thorough treatment the first 3 months to eliminate all pests and eggs.One would assume that by choosing the most expensive company, you would receive better and quality service. Thankfully, my house was wired with cameras.The first tech who treated our property was nice. He spent about 45mins servicing the property. He wore shoe covers, sprayed the baseboard inside the house, the front and back yard and locked the home after he left.Unfortunately, we were still experiencing bug bites. We called to have our property service again. The second tech who came was in-and out of our property in 15min. He didnt even treat the areas we requested. To make it worst, the tech didnt wear shoe covers or lock up after he left. My house was left unlock for 5 hours.These Pest Control companies, they dont exterminate anything. The kind of work they perform you can do yourself. Just go buy a bug spray at a local Home Depot store and spray your baseboard. They do not inspect the house to see where the issues are or lay traps for insects. It is nothing like the commercials. Whats scary is, they dont even inform the customer about areas the tech treated or if you should cover your open foods.I wouldnt recommend investing in these Pest Control companies and DO NOT sign up on the one year contracts. Its a waste of money. You wont be able to withdraw even if you are dissatisfy with the service. I am not sure how Clark gets all these high rating. If I could, I would have given a 0 Star. However, the manager was professional enough when we called to complain. He guaranteed better service the next time which never happened.
