Sold the house and tried to cancel only to be told that my contract, which I had signed 5 years before for only 2 years, automatically renewed without notice and I could be charged for 8 more months. And the monthly service was skipped often according to my tenants. I regret using them at all.

Okay company for one time use, but beware of entering into contract with them over time. I called at the end of my contract to cancel and them multiple times over the following months trying to cancel and was told someone will call you about that and no one called me back or replied to email communication either. I finally got a response when I called on a recorded line and let them know I was doing so.Also be aware that they continually arrive without notifying you when they will be there (despite requesting they do so) and when I asked them to review the traps with me they couldnt find nearly half of them. For $500 a year that is essentially covering service only, one expects a little better.

Ok, we all agree the the three little words “you got termites” should be exterminated from our vocabulary never to be heard again. The grim reality is that they do exist, they look like aliens maybe they are, but it doesn’t change the fact that they destroy our investments. To protect you and take care of all your pest needs Millennium Termite and Pest should be your number 1 protector from bugs. The free inspection and being able to repair pieces and no the whole project is ideal. Frank communicates well and listens to my needs. (COVID complaint to sensitive groups). You could get so lucky as to have the tech Daniel, top notch, he is polite and very informational, he answers all my questions. He works hard to get the desired results. Any company let alone a customer would be lucky to have a technician of this caliber. You will get nothing but the best when you call the office. From billing to scheduling. The automated system to get to a live person is a breeze, nothing like these big companies. Remember if the bed bugs bite, don’t blow them up with dynamite call Millennium Termite!

Wow!! I was referred to Millinneum by my contractor for a subterranean termite inspection. Juan came out to the house. He is professional, friendly and informative.Juan took a look at my worries, the fact some of my board on my hardwood floor were moving. He then went out and changed into his inspections clothes to crawl under the house. During the crawl under the house, he took video, and he also knocked on certain areas to have me check in where they were in the house.I had been worried about termites for a while, but Juan came out from under the house and only noticed a small dry rot area, but there did not need to be repairs, and that everything looked solid.I will tell you why this is huge. I am a single female and when repair men come to the house, they always find extra things wrong and want to charge exorbitant prices, then I need to pay my contractor to check again, in which almost always the issue does not need a fix at those rates.Millennium claims a FREE INSPECTION! It is no lie!! When I asked Juan what I owed him, he said nothing, it is what they do. What?? He drove out to my house, spent more than 30 minutes explaining and inspecting, and NO COST!!Millennium is true to their word and Juan is excellent to work with! I will be a returning customer!!

I would like to share my experience with Millennium termites. I noticed some termites swarming in my house. So I called millennium to perform a termite inspection. The inspector was very professional very thorough and very nice. They gave me a very reasonable price. I want to thanks millennium for their work.

We are working on obtaining a VA refi with cash out, which requires a pest inspection. Marc was very helpful and friendly when he came to inspect our home. He found a few things: dry rot on some of the rafters, bargeboards, and our door from the garage to the side yard needed to be replaced. Nothing too major. Millenium will do the repair work as well, and Marc provided a quote. My husband is a DIY kind of guy and wanted to do the work himself to save some money. Marc was very accommodating and helpful, and walked him through exactly what needed to be done over the phone. He came back to inspect once my husband had everything torn down, to ensure there wasn’t any further damage underneath that needed to be repaired. There wasn’t further damage, so my husband proceeded with the repairs. Marc came back out promptly to do a final inspection once the repairs were complete, and provided us the final report so we could proceed with our loan. We were very happy and grateful to be working with Marc, who is very professional and knowledgeable related to his field of expertise. We would definitely call Millenium again for our pest inspection needs. Thanks for everything!

They came out and took care of the ants and offered me a monthly service to keep all of the pests under control. It’s been 6 months and my kids don’t complain about bugs anymore, lol. These guys are legit.

Received a pest report for $6000 with un painted wood. $891 for a 12ft facia board was insane. Had a second licensed pest company go out, and they were $3200 with paint. This company found more items, painted the wood, and did it for HALF! That $891 facia board (with paint) was replaced for $262. The company was very professional, easy to schedule with, the inspector was very thorough, but the bid was awful.

Ive had experiences with other pest control companies from small town to nation wide, and either get price gouged, lying straight to my face, or both. With Millennium, not only do I get fair pricing and honesty, the friendliness and hard work ethic cannot be found anywhere else. I work directly with Allan and Frank who have gone above and beyond their duty on multiple occasions. I know Im not Millenniums only customer, but they always make me feel like my district, my students, and my staff are their number one priority. I had some questions that couldn’t seem to get answered through just any old web search, but after pulling him aside and asking him for his thoughts on what I should do, I feel far more confident taking care of my rodent problem. He also gave great knowledge for preventing future rodent traffic and even specific target pests that I’ve noticed around the house.I don’t know if I’ll be calling the company, but I do know that I can trust their team if it comes down to it!
