I rented tables, chairs, and pipe & drape hardware for my mom’s 65th birthday. I had a great experience working with Sheena and Claudia! Ive been shopping different party rentals looking for specific items for my event. It seems like everywhere I called has almost everything I need. Standard was the only company that had it all. I highly recommend them.

After a number of email exchanges to confirm a small rental order of 6 cocktail tables for an event on Saturday, June 8, Standard Party Rentals called today, June 3, to finalize the transaction and charged my credit card. Less than an hour later, Sheena called to inform me that the cocktail tables were unavailable. Adding insult to injury, she claimed that my last email dated Thursday, May 30, was a misunderstanding. My email read, Okay, that sounds great with the adjustments and the return on Tuesday morning at 9 AM. My email seems clear that we wanted to move forward. Additionally, if there were any misunderstandings, you would think they would reply with further questions. But they didnt. Im not a difficult person to please, but this practice is not okay. Further, the event had a previous date that got rained out. When we were working on the details with Sheena, I emailed a question about the pricey delivery fee and inquired if we could pick up and return the tables ourselves. She never replied with an answer. At that point, I didnt mind since the event was canceled. Standard Party Rentals failed twice. Unacceptable.
