My original review of this place was 5 stars but I had to change it. Google says open till midnight, their website says open until midnight. But tonight myself and 2 other cars of people pulled up at 11pm only to find that they had decided to close early. I find unplanned closures very unprofessional and honestly I expected more from hustler. Wasted time and gas. I would understand from a little boutique but dealing with such a big company and brand I expected more. Disappointed.

I am a 32 year old man. I was just told I cannot shop in the store because I forgot to bring my ID with me. I have never been carded or denied service in any adult store in my entire life- Ive been shopping at this exact Hustlers Hollywood for almost four years and never been asked for an ID or told thats a thing. You can look at my silhouette and know Im over 18. Staff here have an attitude problem, legit already ordered the stuff I was planning to get here on Amazon and it was cheaper.We wont be coming back. Hope the power trip that sales associate was on made her feel better for a little while.

This review is for the entire Hustler Hollywood business, I will never shop through this company ever again. These stores knowingly sell faulty goods and refuse to provide refunds or returns. Do not spend money at these stores, it’s equivalent to robbery the way these stores operate.

I came it right before closing (at 10 while their hours are in flux) and they were so helpful, Daniel especially was very nice and their associates had a great attitude!

The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They seem to know me by name even though I am not in there very often. Ive received advice and suggestions from the staff which has resulted in my complete satisfaction with the items Ive purchased.The store is well laid out with plenty or room between displays and the clothing racks are not over stuffed nor are they sparsely stocked.The various types of merchandise are in different areas and relared or like items a together or at least near by. Basically clothing, costumes, lingerie, hosiery and such are at the front entrance area of the store while the adult toys are in the back section with a controlled access point and signs reminding underage persona cannot go back there.Enjoy not only your shopping experience there, but also enjoy your purchases and the company of those you had in mind while making those purchases. Especially when they accompany you to the store.

Would i return? Yes, several visits, however i dont believe i will become a dedicated customer. This is because, in the end, pricing will be the deciding factor.

I happened to drive by on a weekend they close at 2 am, I was surprised as nothing is open at that time, so flipped a U and went in, well laid out, I believe it had just opened that day, good selection a little bit of many things. I found a nice ball and cock ring reasonably priced and it was an easy transaction. I was one of 3 customer, and the salesman while helpful made me feel as if I was at a car dealer, followed closely I realize controlling inventory shrink and theft is important, but honestly it made me leave sooner rather than later, so I hope these reviews are read, there needs to be a good balance and with the numerous cameras a better strategy should be found for a better shopping experience. That was the only less than 5 star aspect but not one which causes me to rate less than an overall 5, check it out, a nice place with quality merchandise.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised. This store is definitely not one of those sleazy places that most people think of. This store has a feeling of professionalism and I was treated as such. This store seemed very clean and everything seemed to have its proper place. When I went to the store there were two ladies, and one of them helped me find what I was looking for without feelings of embarrassment or shame. There are plenty of products to choose from here including wearables from lingerie to baseball caps. I was treated with the utmost respect. I am giving this store five stars because I believe your experience will be just as good as mine was!
