I booked a character with them 6 months prior to my event. I reached out to them 4 days before the party to make sure everything was good to go since they had not reached out to me. Come to find out the character that was supposed to attend moved away and they had no replacements. I had to scramble 4 days before my daughters birthday and find a new character company. Luckily I found another company who provided me with the sweetest Cinderella.

Thank you for the wonderful Cinderella! She was just amazing. We live her in Sacramento and didnt know this was an actual thing to do until we saw you guys at another birthday party a few months back. We are so glad we found you! Cinderella was just awesome. She kept the kids engaged the whole time she was there. We will hire you again for sure next year!
