I wish I got the name of the lady that did the pedicure. Rude mannerisms. She was talking to other people in the salon, totally ignored me. She was too rough on me, even with me flinching and saying it hurt she continued.When she was done she got up and walked away, leaving me in the chair. I had no idea she was done and not coming back. After a wait, another person came over to me and helped me get my shoes on and checked me out. I told the lady helping me what happened and she ignored me, she heard me, just didnt say anything. Ill never go back and I wont recommend this place to anyone.

Ive come here many times, I come after work. I usually get my fingernails dipped and I do the mid- grade pedicure. They are friendly, and they do a good job with manicures and pedicures. The pricing is standard.

Laura did a fabulous manicure with the most considerate attitude. Sara I think was the name of the person who put flower design on my toes. And Emily was HEAVEN sent! I felt all my bad vibes being released as she gave me a pedicure that eased all my body and mindThis was a hard time for me personally and I want all to know that helped me they truly made a difference.

I usually come here with my wife and we book for pedicures for the same time so we can be done together, there’s usually a small wait about 5mins max this last time my wife was waiting 30mins mins you our appointment was at 5pm. Not acceptable, I understand people run behind but we wouldn’t be done on time together and we had other errands to run, so my wife was pretty annoyed having to wait so she didn’t get her done. Very unprofessional very disappointed. We’ll be taking our business else where going forward.

Emily has been doing my pedicures for a number of years and is very good. The other workers are friendly and are also very good.

Awe.SOME. Very friendly and personable... AND we got incredibly professional and tastefully done services, without any painful pokes or scrapes. My nail techs name was Be, and my girlfriends tech was Anna. We left happy and well cared for!

I love Top Gel Nails & Spa! Luna does my nails and Im very happy with her work! The prices are reasonable as well. If you havent been there, go asap! You wont be disappointed!

Got fake nails. One fell off after the first week. Cut up my cuticles. Did the designs I asked for really well.

It was cool it was a hot day when I went so the leather seats did nothing t help and it was her t in there and we had to wear a mask so it was really hot but other than that The service was Good💅🏼🦶🏼

Great spot in the South Land Park area. It’s clean and all staff is very friendly. They usually play the Voice “best of the best” on their screens which I really enjoy.

Emily and Cindy are the best. I have been going to Emily for almost 19 years, no matter where she goes. This salon gives great customer service, the nail ladies are pleasant and talented.

Hit and miss with this place. I had my nails done here 5 months ago and it was great. I was there four days ago for for a pedicure/manicure and the lady who did my nails was pretty careless. My gel polish is already peeling off :( She didn’t polish my entire nails either. Sloppy job. I don’t recommend this place.

I got the upgraded pedicure and it was definitely worth it! The entire treatment was extremely thorough and long. I my feet really felt pampered. I would definitely go here again.

I went to get my nails done the fist time was great. I loved them. I went back months later and they could not do anything, I asked them such as Matte or powder. The lady said, the owner did not provide the techs with the newer supplies. I just got something simple, glitter tips, she was such in a hurry. As new customers were coming in she was rushing leaving my nails lumpy and uneven. The lady even asked me to dry my nails by the door cause she had to attend the next customer. Poor customer service, not worth my money, never returning.

When there a month ago for the first time and loved it. (Laura) did my pedicure and Sarah did my gel nails. On 4 June will be one month and my nails still look good but ready to be refilled. I will be going back for my fill and my pedicure on 4 June with Sarah and Laura😊

Its a nice & beautiful salon, very clean, very professional staffs... many select of the colors. Specially they you Nu Skin products for pedicure & manicure, the Nu Skin is naturally, no chemical, good for your skin, good for your health... its make your skin very smooth soft till next day...

I get gel nails with a french manicure, and have for years. Ive gone through several manicurists in the south Sac area to finally find this place, and specifically to find Luna. She does gorgeous nails! There isnt anything specific that makes this salon stand out over others. Its clean and off-street parking is available. The bottom line is -- no shop is good without quality nail technicians. I have no experience with anyone but Luna, and she is amazing!

This shop is wonderful! It is not too fancy, but its clean and you get what you pay for. They offer fiberglass, acrylic, and silk wrap nails, along with pedicures, waxing, and eyelash extensions. Diane does my fiberglass set with gel polish ($40 full set/$25 fill) and she takes pride in her work. On weekdays an appointment is usually not neccessary, but Fridays and Saturdays are pretty busy. Unfortunately, four stars because the fee for debit/credit is taken from their tip (whaaat?) so if that bothers you, then you gotta make an ATM stop which is an inconvenience.

I have been going to Top Gel Nails since they opened and will not go anywhere else. I have never been had a bad experience. Great customer service.

Hit and miss. I guess depends on who does your nails. They charge extra for designs which makes sense but they do a horrible job. Or at least the person that did my nails last time. (An older lady). My nails were bumpy, not well shaped and the design i got was horribly made. I went to the store and bought stuff to fix them. I paid and left a small tip even though I was not happy but will not be returning again.

This place is horrible! I’ve had my nails done for over ten years without breaking one and the first time I go to this place and their work was so poor that most my nails broke off and the foul part is that they charge outrageous prices! This place should be shut down!

Went for pedicure. She didnt even try to clip the nails straight or in any shape, just cut them straight across. Asked for matte top coat, came home with one nail white because she didnt properly apply the top coat.

We had such great service and a wonderful experience at this salon! Comfy chairs and they did a great job on my mani pedi.

I called this shop at 620 and was told I would be able to get a full set if I got there quick because they would b closing at 7pm I got there at 630 expecting 2 get my nails done but I didnt get that that ladies were very rude to me telling me its 2 late even tho I was told come worst experience ever they will never get my money EVER.

I went in on 10-7-17 for a manicure I had never been here before, a woman named (Laura ) was giving me my mani started out nice hello, how are you. Then her appointment showed up then she kept saying under her breath they are late, they are so late then rushed to finish me I seen that Laura was not cleaning my nails just straight to polish and cream to try to cover the fact that she was trying to rush me out i even asked her BEFORE her appointment showed up if she could wax my eye braws she said No you got soft skin your skin can tare I looked at her like WOW she really wants me done I explained I get it done all the time she just ignored me acting like she didnt hear me so I called the next day tryed to send them a picture of how my nails looked less than 24 hours. Im trying to post these picture so if you see chiped cracked nails on the photo section these are my pictures. And I gave a 5 dollar tip??..Im just a nice person I quess.

Bad experience from Lilli who overcharged ...was moody and rude...the first time i was charged $30.00 for new nails ..second time...filler $35.00. Yesterday by Lillie $40.00 for removal and new set. Lilli was moody and rude...i will never return...reporting to BBB and YELP
