Sandra is the only person in the shop that will polish your nails right, the other women Can’t polish I repeat CANT POLISH NAILS PERIOD!. She will hand you off to the other women in the shop to get your nails done knowing the other women can’t do a good job. They will consider you complying if you refuse to leave the shop w/ thick polish or bubbles in the polish. They will stop speaking English and start speaking in their language. ( super uncomfortable)If we’re paying our money we as customers should be happy and satisfied when leaving. As “Professionals” the staff including Sandra needs to understanding we’re spending our money to feel and look pretty we’re not trying to be taking advantage of and embarrassed in front of other customers because we disagreed w/ the service provided. If I spend $70 plus anywhere i want good service. Another issue I found with Mc nails is that They don’t have set prices for their services,It seems as if every week when I go for services,The prices change and once I noticed it I started to ask for a receipt. I was refused a Receipt multiple times by the manager Sandra. She said they don’t have to give receipts.Last but not least they will perform one service on one person and go right to the next w/ out washing their hands, if you ask if they can wash their hands they will start speaking in their language and the remaining service will not go right. The services MC nails provides as well as their customer service skills needs a lot of work,it’s completely unacceptable especially for the prices they are charging and not giving receipts. At the end of the day the staff at Mc nails needs to understand we come to them to send our money for services it’s not the other way around. So treat it as such. I also included pictures of the $70 service I received 3 days ago. FYI I complained the same day of service was told to come back the next day because they were busy. ( as more customers come thru the door they will Immediately start rushing on you to get to the new customer) then was denied service.was told by Sandra that I complain too much that there is nothing wrong with my nails that the dents are from the polish that’s how it’s supposed to be. To all the customers out there if you feel that this service is worth $70 make sure to visit this establishment.. and remember no Complaining! And I will be reporting Mc nails to BBB for Refusing to provide me with the receipts after my services over the years.

I get great service from the salon. Very nice people work there. They take their time and do it right!

The ladies didn’t do what we asked and they did something completely different then what we asked. They charge an amount and then add more (to the price) later on. They weren’t wearing masks.

I forgot to ask the lady her name who did my pedicure and acrylics. But she was very polite and I love how she took her time and although they didnt have the color I wanted they showed me a color similar to the one I picked st the beginning. Then she did my full set and also took her time and made them perfect. I loved how they both came out. Its been two weeks and they still look good.

Took my mom and I/ we will not be returning. Very poor job. Didnt follow directions and still put on the wrong color . Very disappointed

I drive from Citrus Hieghts to get me manicures and pedicures here..

I searched and searched and finally found the best nail tech. My nails consistently look flawless, i always get compliments on my shape and designs. I pay $100 for fullset and pedicure w/gel on both,powder design and rhinestone. Amy is the best in Sacramento ive seen this past year. Ask for her and you wont regret it.

Place is cool but they definitely have to do a better job on the pedicures. They rush thru it and do not take the time to actually scrub your feet. Also, they make you feel uncomfortable because they all stare at you and then start talking in their language. However they do a good job with the manicures.

Im always satisfied here! And everyone is so friendly! Took sometime to find a nail place I like! FINALLY!! DEFINITELY A FAVORITE PLACE!

My mother and her friend made an appointment today for 12:30 for pedicures.. So 2 people for 12:30, right? They agreed to do the appointment knowing that.. So they show up and are waiting (btw its cold as hell inside the salon) so 12:30 comes and they are seated in the pedicure chairs and my mom friend gets her done right away and my mother waits about a half hour to forty minutes just to get her feet in the water. Then after that waits another half hour and the water got cold and when she was over waiting for an hour with no help shes starts drying her feet off to put her shoes back on. Then that apparently gets their attention and one associate said no no sit back down and by then my mom was so done and mad she paid for her friend and left.. Didnt even get her pedicure that she made an appointment for.. How lame is that! My mother is never going there again! And Im never going to even bother waisting my money on that place! I wish I could give a -10

Very nice ladies and peaceful environment. Its hard for me to find a place I like. My nails are never right in other places but this place has it right. Ive gone back twice now. Will be returning again.

This was my first visit and service was decent. Had a pedicure which lasted over an hour, clerk was alright but as usual, speaks in second language with co-worker not customer.

I dont like M C Nails they charge you for little thing the last time I got my nails done there they lifted in 5 days.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! This is my first review but I just had to do one for this place. I got my nails done Sunday right before they closed paid $50 on my nails and $7 on my eyebrows. The next day one nail had already popped off and literately all the rest were lifting. Ohh and my eyebrows broke out so bad. I called them the next day they said they’d fix my nails. I come in the next day the lady said she didn’t have time to fix it. So I came again the next day and they said they can only fix the one that popped off they have a 3 days rule and they only thing she could do is put super glue for the rest. don’t waste your money!
