Charging $10 to remove acrylic? I’m sorry that is way to much. The lady was rude and told me to go somewhere else. With that attitude I will lol. I’m sorry but that is just absurd. This was my 1st experience and I won’t be returning.

I came in to do my nails today this young guy who did my nails was just excellent you can tell he takes pride on his work. Very happy with his service I know I will come again 😊

Went here for the first time during this pandemic, I specifically asked for full set but the employee rushed me to get gel and that they are not doing gel. Halfway done with my nails I looked at the other girls nails they were full set so I asked the tech and she laughed and said yes we do full set. I don’t care what goes on, but I felt I was lied or played for something simple that I specifically asked for. For a $55 charge and they said extra $5 more for longer nails I’m like that’s it! These people straight robbed me. I’m all for supporting small businesses, and they will never see me enter into that unwelcome/untidy place! Did I mention my nails didn’t last me two weeks due for another fill? Girl bye!

Mani pedi was super relaxing. Chairs were crazy comfy. Everyone was nice. But the next day, the paint started sliding off really easily, like the base coat was Elmer’s glue or that nail polish that peels off that you use as a little girl. and they had me pay before my nails were painted which I thought was odd. But even before I left the shop, I noticed that the base and top coat was lumpy in comparison to the polish. This picture was taken this morning and now that it’s the end of the day, half of the polish on my left hand has fallen off, and I’m right handed so i don’t even use my left hand like that 😂. 3 stars because it really was a very relaxing visit. I just wish my $20 manicure lasted longer than 24 hours.... I wasn’t even rough with my hands ☹️

Very kind staff and place was clean but my nails only lasted a week after paying 97$ 60$ for nails and the rest was for my feet,my feet look good but nails didnt last 2 weeks as i was expecting at the least,they wete busy and the lady kim kept getting up and stopping to help customers wich i understand but definitely think that effected the quality of my nails we stopped like 7 times lol probly wont be back,give them a chance but dont expect your nails to last 2 weeks like i did...

U went twice and now my finger are swollen fugus under nail i went to hostipal because my fringer was very sore iting this is not good i have a lawyer i cant use my hand my finger tip sre very sentive iam up set

If I could review without giving a star, I would. They claim they use gel, but they actually use “gel powder”. That’s not gel. The first woman who did my nails had NO CLUE what she was doing. When I asked her to re do the crooked nail, she said she would just “file it down” and make it look straight. Unacceptable seeing as how you’re paying $55+. So she fixed it. I got a pink and white full set. She made one nails pink part lighter than the rest, and tried to justify it, then had the nerve to tell me she wasn’t going to do my nails. I had 4 nails half done and the rest with glued on nail tips filed down...an HOUR into the appointment. She was very rude, and got loud with me. I calmly told her that she needed to not speak to a paying customer like that, and go get someone else NOW.Some other woman came over to figure out the situation and said she would fix it. She began to fix the one nail that was discoloured, and 2 NAILS POPPED OF AND ANOTHER BENT AT THE TIP POINT. IT WAS GLUED TO MY FINGER, not my nail. I told her she needed to re do the whole set, that I had no confidence in that woman’s work and was not accepting it. So she went to work in taking them off and fixing them. She did an okay job. Shape was good, but the rest was just...eh. So 3 HOURS later my full set was done. When I left, I had tons of glue and acrylic all over my hands and fingers. The underside of my tips were caked with glue, obviously not something I can fix without the tools, but I did my best. I also shortened the length from what I had originally started with the other lady and the price didn’t change, even though she said it would with less product.I was not happy with the service to say the least. I will never go back, and will never refer anyone. Only thing I can say positive since I had to leave 1 star, is that another employee stepped in to attempt to remedy the situation.Horrible customer service and the work is not worth the price.

Service is good but a little bit rushed. The lady who put nail polish on didnt pay that much attention when working, set the LED machine on top of the nail, not caring about the just applied nail polish.My nails look OK but greatIll give this place a second chance in two weeks and see if the service has improved

Horrible service horrible customer service I strongly suggest not going here I came and got my nails done 2 days ago and my nails are broken I always get gel The lady put acrylic on my nails without my permission ridiculous my nails where crooked horrible services.

I got a deluxe pedicure and it was great and relaxing. This shop is very clean and there’s several options of different pedicures to choose from. I walked in and was helped right away. I will definitely come back again.

I had a pedicure and manicure and for the manicure I had acrylic nails put on and they were amazing! I even had an ingrown toenail and I asked her to be careful around it and she was. I had Kathy and she was incredible. Ive been going here for years and Ive never had a problem. Definitely would suggest!

My experience was very pleasant. it was so worth the price and my money.Great friendly staff. I wasnt able to get the name of the lady who did my pedicure, but she was excellent as well. The atmosphere was relaxing and the people were super nice.They did a great job! Coming back next week!!

The best nail salon in the area. I love this place and only get my nails done here. Today I had an appointment with them to get Pink&White for $40 and i loved how my nails came out. The technician was very friendly and talented. Plus, they used high quality products for a decent price thats why my nails lasted very long. If you are living in this area, i recommend you should come and try this place out. Thumps up!!!

I have been going here for awhile and people are friendly and it is clean. What I don’t like about today’s experience is every time I’m in there it always $$$$ I get gel fills normally $30 I have long nails. If I don’t let them cut them down they charge me $5 more TO NOT CUT THEM. So today the lady asked me if I wanted them cut I said are you going to charge me if I don’t she said $30 I ended up having her cut them down. She decides to RE SHAPE them! I didn’t ask for that. So having her cut them down ANYWAY should still be $30 IVE ALWAYS PAID WHEN CUTTING THEM DOWN.. To now it’s $35 long nails, I said yea and she cut them down so WHY are u charging me $5 more! Otherwise you shouldn’t have cut them down. Not to mention I told them when I called before I went down there and when I showed up I had 1 hour and needed to be back to work! Well ended up being an hour and half.... yes this is really about $5 however the real point is they just make prices up and tack on WHEN THEY WANT.... Not right and really over $5 when you now 30 min over the hour you agreed to and I’m losing money! Customer isn’t right and this was not a pleasant experience. I have family and close friends I’ve referred here and who are regulars that will also not be returning. I say this because I’ve watched people go in there and say they have this amount of $$$ and make it work. So the people who are regulars and pay full price good money for services get treated this way. No thank you!

This salon is fantastic. They have a huge collection of polish and gel colors. Their products also really good. From the last time, my full set pink and white lasted longer than I expected. The prices were also reasonable. Love this place already. Definitely will be back.

I had Dee(?) Do my nails. It was my first time getting acrylic nails and she did a wonderful job.

Excellent customer service, clean facility and super friendly staff. I moved and needed a new salon. Thankfully, was able to get a quick appointment and had everything done that I needed. I highly recommend this salon.

Ive been to this place a few times since moving to the area. I left unhappy a couple of times with the shaping of my nails. Last time I went in there the nail tech had messed my polish up twice and the shaping was horrible. She got frustrated I was asking her to fix it. I ended up leaving and calling back later to ask if I could come back to have them fix. I went in the next day. Called ahead of time to make sure they had to fix my nails. I got there and the person who fixed my nails made them worse. She rushed,and just threw a top coat on my nails and stuck them under the uv light. They were not all the way dry before she put the oil on,which ruined them even more. I left and went to another shop (golden nails) who did a great job fixing them. I will not be coming back to this nail place after that horrible experience. I wasnt upset they had messed up the first time ( people have off days) but the way they handled it when I went back to get them fixed.

Very clean place . They use clean stainless steel sterilized utensils here. The prices are ok. Kim does the best nails here. Eyelashes are available here as well

Ive been to many nail shops in North and South Natomas and this is the best one when it comes to pedicures! I have rough feet that need extra attention and they do a very good job! Makes me feel good to give back to my community by shopping at the shops in S. Natomas where I live.

I went there three times to get your basic gel fill. On those three separate times i was charged three different prices for the same thing. The last time i went in a lady cut my tips off with out asking then wanted me to pay an additional five dollars for her to reshape my nails back to the stilleto point they were.. Needless to say i was/very dissatisfied with this shop and have been spending my money elsewhere.

I did not like this place at all my nails didnt even last two days, and when I called they said it was my fault. I dont recommend anyone to come here I was very happy when I left but I was very mad and disappointed when I called and I was told it was my fault and the person I talked to was very rude.
