Was in town for a family emergency, decided to train unfortunately wasnt able to train the whole 2 weeks. The class was exciting no one trying to rip your head off, tough rolls excellent training if I was living in Sacramento this will definitely be the gym I train at. Thank you professor Gonzales πŸ™

I love this place! From the moment I walked in and on I knew I was in the right place. No body shaming, nobody is trying to kill you for class dominance, everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is the BJJ family I have been looking for.

I think everybody is aware that this establishment is a knock off. Unprofessional and sad excuse for a so called black belt. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the instructors at this school are knowledgeable and hands on. Get ready to learn some great techniques. From basic to advance moves. Every student at this school are treated with the same respect. So if youre itching to try something new or sharpen your sword stop in and give them a try.

Just sat down outside next door to let my pup rest in the shade, they let their two full sized pit bulls outside who immediately run up and start attacking my 7 month lab Staffordshire.. As im pulling my dog out of her dog mouth she looked around the coner, says oh its just some Bums and leaves while her male companiesCalls off their dogs and says sorry and they go back inside.. What are they teaching here ?

After 4 years, Manny and his people are great representative of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a welcoming place to train. My brother and I have trained here for years, and watched the adult, the womens, the kids and the competition team programs bloom and grow. Great place, great people, great art.
