I came in to treat my old acne scarring and textured skin, and was recommended to try their Fractional RadioFrequency treatment. I have come in for 3 treatments so far and have seen amazing results. I also returned to get a facial from Jackie and she took perfect care of me! So happy with my experiences! ❤️

I cannot recommend Kate and her staff enough! The offices are clean and the staff is super nice and helpful. Kate is amazing, incredibly talented and knows exactly how to achieve natural results. I have been seeing her for almost a year and I really don’t trust anybody else with my skin.

Kate was very nice and informative when I met with her for a consultation. I came in because I have a lot of dark spots on my face. She asked me about my previous medical/skin history in order to find the best treatment for me to continue with.

Im new to this stuff and was so excited to go to this place,hoping to speak to someone to help me feel better about their products they offer. I felt like she was judging me the minute I walked through the door discriminating me. My excitement went out the door as soon as I walk through. Susie is the front desk lady who made me feel this way. I guess I will try again another day.😢

I drive almost an hour to get everything I need done from Pretty Please. Kate literally goes above and beyond every single time.Ive been to clinics in New Zealand in addition to clinics in the US and no one compares when it comes to fillers or sculpting.

I go to Kate’s East Sacramento location and to simply put it...they are absolutely the best. I have been using esthetic services for years and met Kate when when I passed her business during a dog walk. From the moment I walk in the door and see Susie’s smiling face I feel special. I have experienced a range of services from botox, fillers, laser and facials ( by Jackie) and every experience has been amazing. The results never disappoint. My husband now goes to Pretty Please Esthetics and his skin looks amazing. He faithfully uses the products recommended to him and the sun damage and lines from life long fly fishing have been greatly diminished. This review is way overdue but I have the time now. I gave this place a try some time in Aug of 2020 to get lip injections. The place is very nice, clean, and pretty professional staff too. The woman who initially helped me was Kate and introduced me to a new product called Kysse. I previously had Juvederm done but it had been a few years since my last injection. So, because of the Juvederm, Kate had to remove it from my lips in order for me to use the product Kysse. I had to wait 2 weeks to come back for my injections. Kate helped again and was great. The results were awesome but I was told that because of being swollen, the results may vary and if I needed more, I can come back in another 2 weeks to finish the vial. Thats what I did, I came back in 2 weeks to be told I shouldnt add more and maybe wait another 2 weeks. It was tough for me because I was moving, so I could not come back and instead I had another procedure done that day (8-point lift). These visits were not cheap and I knew what I was getting myself into. However, if Im told I can come back in 2 weeks for more and basically get told no once I made it back in 2 weeks, then what was the whole point in that? I remember calling again and I told the lady (I forgot her name :( ) my situation and I was told I was going to be charged more if I wanted more lip injection. I was not honored with what was initially told to me. I spent a lot of money here and to be treated as if I didnt was upsetting and disappointing. From now on, I stick to what I know. I went back to Laseraway and I have the results I want. Lesson learned!

I am jumping for joy that I met Kate. She goes above and beyond for her clients and the team is so welcoming, helpful, and professional. The location is super cute, clean, and easy to get to/park. Cant say enough good things about my experience.

Definitely recommend pretty please for your aesthetics services. I have had the pleasure to meet with Kate and I have personally have been pleased with my results. I have received lip injections twice now. This procedure is not for everyone, so please do your research first. Yes, it hurts. Is it tolerable, Yes. But maybe not for everyone. I did it once without numbing solution and it was somewhat painful. It cost more if you have the shot. The second time I got the shot and the pain from the shot into your gums hurt more than the fillers. Im very happy with my results. Kate will always recommend a very natural look. Shes awesome!

Wow, just wow! Kate injected my lips today with Kysse and I couldnt be happier! She is extremely skilled, has an incredibly artistic eye and takes time to explain things in detail. The first thing she asked me was what do you want your lips to look like? She truly cares about what her client wants and I felt so comfortable in her chair. Did I mention that IT DIDNT HURT?!? Kate provides a dental block and honestly its life changing!!! I usually dread getting my lips done because of the pain, but I didnt feel a thing! My lips look absolutely amazing and Im fresh off the needle. They sent me home with a goodie bag and Arnica tablets to prevent bruising. Talk about a 5 star touch! I work in the aesthetics industry and honestly I cant recommend Kate at Pretty Please enough! Not to mention their office is gorgeous and Susie at the front is so wonderful!

At 51, I was a newbie to any filler or boxtox! And a scaredy-cat!! Kate was amazingly patient with me!! She knows what she’s doing and will give you advice on what will look good or not! The staff is sooooo friendly and helpful as well! Love this place! Going back tomorrow for some new procedures! I love the results from the first time!

Not entirely stoked to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes while the receptionist gets a facial during my 3:00pm time slot (if we were 20 minutes late they’d cancel the appointment no hesitation) and while the other worker invited her boyfriend to sit with her; it’s covid right now so it’s very concerning to see this happening.

Her attention to detail during treatment and in the office setting put me at ease, and she didn’t hesitate to respond to my concerns after I had Viora light treatment and wasn’t sure what to expect immediately afterward.
