The staff at the Sacramento site is great. Jaime always greets us with a friendly smile. Communications is fantastic. We get scheduled the day of our visits and get phone call reminders the day before. The office is very lively with soft music and the air conditioning is the bomb.

Ink off me moved my appointment time 30 minutes. I moved my work schedule to accommodate them. I showed up at their preferred time and they were still running late and expected me to wait. Additionally after 2 treatments with them i have no results. The place I went to before I definitely did have noticeable results, so I will be returning there to finish this up. I’d say over priced and not great service so don’t waste your time.

This place ink of me in Sacramento just milk the money out of me I have a small cross 1inch size I went in about 11 times to remove this 1inch small tattoo spend about almost $1000 dollars an they still couldn’t remove it I’m so disappointed feel like they just wanted money 🙁

Really bad free consultation asked about a tattoo removal they gave me a high price (tattoo very small ) then my husband receives his email and his price is exacly the same for a big piece with the same weeks of treatment how does that work if my tattoo is tiny outline no color with the same price as a full piece ?

Ive been going here for years, both for laser hair removal and tattoo removal. The staff has always made me feel very comfortable, which is not easy to do since I am an anxious person when it comes to procedures like this. The sessions can be painful, but Ive seen great progress and will continue coming back. It has been 100% worth it and Im planning other stuff to get done.

AWFUL. They overcharged me an insane amount, were extremely rude, went over a part of my tattoo I didnt want removed on the first session, and when the technician treated my tattoo I barely felt anything and had no blistering/swelling afterwards. Tattoo removal is a slow and painful process, but after four sessions, waiting months to allow my body to remove the ink, and doing everything I possibly could to maximize the results of my treatments, I saw absolutely no progress. I have since switched clinics. This new clinic has fair and reasonable prices, the staff are friendly, and my tattoo is already significantly faded after only one treatment. If you want to throw hundreds/thousands of dollars into the trash, come here. If not, then find a more reputable clinic that that has the customers best interest at heart.

I went here for the second time about a month ago to further get my tattoo removed for work. It costed another 300 dollars (300 the first time about a year ago) for literally 5 minutes of laser work. My tattoo still looks brand new a month after treatment.

Tattoo removal is more painful than getting the tattoo. That being said, I did not get my tattoo done by a nurse. If given the choice, Id prefer to have my removal done by a nurse. That brings me to Ink Off Me. Happily spending thousands of dollars to look sexy with my shirt off again.Long and the short of it, I didnt make a smart choice when I got the tattoo, so I am making a smart choice with my removal.

I saw Barbara for cool glide laser on the veins on my cheeks and chin. That was a week ago and although my skin is still a bit red, the veins appear to be gone! Barbara was experienced and personable as was Karlee, the awesome receptionist. I started using Inkoff.me a few months ago for their laser genesis treatments for the sun damage spots on my face and a few acne scars I had after hearing all these positive results about it.Ill admit I was a little nervous at first never having had a treatment like this before, but after making my appointment online (love companies who offer that option), I met with Jammi at the front desk, whos incredibly informative and totally puts you at ease by going over everything. Next she handed me a computer tablet where I answered several questions about my health history and skin type (which I learned helps them decide what laser setting to use on your skin). I remember thinking that it’s incredibly responsible of them to do this, since my father had multiple myelomas in his lifetime due to his skin type (which we share), combined with all the years of over exposure to the sun as a kid. It just made me all the more comfortable that the laser treatment would basically be custom made for my skin-type instead of just some one-sized-fits-all treatment (what a difference when youre dealing with actual nurses regarding your skincare, eh!?!).Next I met Rachael (just love her!!), who was the nurse doing the laser procedure. She observed my skin and referred to the information I filled out and answered my questions. The actual treatment itself was pain-free (it ironically feels like the sun on your face) and quite relaxing. So, I got all my aftercare info and was excited to see if all the hype Ive heard was true.Now, Ive had facials and microdermabrasion before with little to no real results, but even from this very first laser treatment my skin felt different. My pores were already smaller, my skin looked hydrated and smooth (felt like velvet too) and I didnt have any redness or breakouts like some treatments can do to my skin days later. Im now 4 treatments in, my skin has never looked or felt better, its SO much more even toned and the acne scars I had are nearly invisible. Love not worrying about being makeup free now. Totally one of the BEST decisions Ive made!

The location I go to is in Stockton, which might not be something people know much about. Ive never been to the one in Sacramento, so I cant compare the accommodations but as far as Im concerned I just want to get the process done and over with asap. Its just a huge help to me to have a place in my town. Im rather confident that in just a few sessions my tattoo will be removed given the other testimonies and pictures Ive seen. Although Ive only gone in so far once, the staff are very helpful, especially in adequately describing what sort of pain Id be experiencing and, for me, that was important as I knew what I was in for. I did expect the process would take longer and I would have to endure the pain, but actually, it was quite quick. It was over before I knew it and if this is all I have to deal with for a couple months then Im okay with that. The pricing is very reasonable as well, thought, this is only my first time getting a tattoo removed. But it seems fair because normally getting a tattoo at minimum would be $50. Theyre also very helpful towards folks like me who are thinking about a career in the military as I was told about a package deal that would end up saving me some money.

Friendly, professional and thorough. Im into my 4 treatment and my tattoo has lightened significantly. My tattoo is a sun with black outline, purple in the middle and red in the flames. Im hoping to have the tattoo completely removed after 3 more treatments (7 total treatments). Removal is painful; however worth it in the end. The treatments are less than 5 minutes - in and out!! I would definitely recommend Inkoff.me.

I show up twice. Each time paying you over $300 for about 10 minutes of work, then on my third appointment I have to reschedule and you charge a customer who has paid over $600 to your company $25 because I cant make it on that day. Petty.
