After many years of THINKING about getting a breast augmentation, last October (2020) I finally went in for a consult. This was after a whole year of following Dr. Sweat and his social media, asking some of his prior patients and over reading about all the things. When I went in to see him, his entire team was and has been a dream to work with. MOMMY MAKE-OVER & INNER THIGH LIFT~ Hi ! Im JLC & 44 yrs old. I have worked out at the gym on & off since I was 19. As I got older I found out how much harder it was to keep fit. Going to the gym & eating right was getting harder, especially with a busy schedule. I also had a C-section when I was 21 yrs old. The lil pouch that was always so hard to get rid of. I did some research for my area in Sacramento & found that Dr J Sweat & his team was highly recommended. Also, with his studies & years of being in the medical field, plastic surgery and all the wonderful reviews. I decided to try his Facility out. I started with them 5 years ago, with Botox and fillers once a year with Irina & she made me feel natural and younger & made me feelgood about myself. Once I saved up enough I did my first surgery in 2019 with them which was a Mommy make-over with no implant. The healing time for me was approximately 7 weeks. I never in my life had been so happy looking in the mirror at my new flat tummy and perky ta- tas. As, I know everyone heals differently. My scars needing more mending and in some places. Its just reality. I used scar gel, and laser to help. I was so impressed with the surgery. I decided to go back in 2021 & get an INNER THIGH-LIFT & LOWER BODY LIFT( for my lower back side) to make it a complete 360. Also, while I was in surgery I had my scars revised from my Mommy Make-over to make them smaller. I initially wanted just the inner thigh lift and lipo for my outer thighs. But, Dr. J. sweat advised me the lower body lift would be advisable for what I was wanting to enhance. I was hesitant because I thought maybe the Drs just wanted more money. However. I after a couple of days of thinking about this. I knew in my gut I had to TRUST DR J Sweat & knew he cared about his patients. With his background and caring & friendly demeanor. I decided to trust him and do the lower lift. The RESULTS were shockingly surprising! I could not believe he turned my body back 20 years! I am now happy when I look in the mirror, my confidence is peaking the roof. Everything if lifted & perky. I still maintain and eat healthy and work out. But, the results are so much faster now. I consulted with different Drs and within 5 mins of being at J Sweats office I knew hed be my Dr.Everytime I walked in to the office I felt like I was walking into a friends house. Which I respect. The surgery is no joke, much more painfully then a c/s and took me about a month before I could stand upright (he pulls your ab muscles tight). From the front desk staff, nurse practitioner, surgical team (from what I remember before the anesthesia) exemplify professionalism. Dr. Sweat is truly an artist! I went in to see Dr. Sweat for a consultation for breast lift. Im in my late 50s and had my breasts done in the early 90s but it was definitely time to do something about them, again. I also wanted some liposuction on my stomach and outer thighs. To be frank, I was a little worried about the recovery as Im a bit older now than I was the last time I had plastic surgery. But Dr. Sweat and the entire team were very comforting in their approach and how they set recovery expectations. The first few days of recovery werent my favorite but after that the healing process went pretty quickly. It was definitely worth it and I would do it again in a second. I think they give first class service at Dr. Sweats office and he definitely listens to your concerns. I would have no hesitation referring him to a friend or family member. 5 stars all around!

Alot of damage is done with that much weight fluctuation. I was still 200+ and just wanted a curvy figure and to get rid of all that skin. So I started searching for someone who would be BRUTALLY HONEST and straightforward with me because my weight was still over 200lbs. I had 2 consultations with other surgeons and just wasn’t comfortable quite yet. Luckily, the lady that gave Dr. Sweat 1 star for being brutally honest sparked my attention! PLEASE, I WARN YOU TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! I had a tummy tuck from Dr. Sweat in May of 2017 and was still going to follow up treatments when I posted a bad review in Oct 2018 after a disappointing interaction with him and his office. My next appointment was in Dec of 2018 for laser treatment of the ugly scar around my belly button and lower abdomen. Dr Sweat did not appreciate my review and decided he was not going forward with the rest of my treatment and reneged all further treatments, even after promising me at least 2-3 free laser scar treatments and to fix the dog ears (promised before the actual surgery). Now I am left with a VERY UNSIGHTLY O scar around my belly button - which in my opinion defeats the whole purpose of a tummy tuck (whats the use if Im still hiding my abdomen?), and looking to file a complaint with the State Medical Board or Office of Professional Medical Conduct and looking for an attorney to see what my rights are. I have requested my medical record from his office over a month ago and have not heard anything back yet...very disappointing to say the least! Please do your research thoroughly before getting any kind of procedure from this doctor or any other!OCT 2018:I was very disappointed with Dr. Sweat- I was going to wait to write the review but this last appointment really frustrated me. I felt that the Doctor straight lied to me on 2 specific occasions and all he is concerned with is up-selling their products. At every point they make it sound like they are going to rectify the problem then they show me a bill or tell me how much it would cost to make the correction. I asked about scar management, and instead of advising of remedies or best practices, they tell me about the special scar treatment and tell me the additional cost. I asked specifically before the tummy tuck surgery if he would fix the dog ears if any- he told me oh sure, thats a simple in office procedure. So I ask about it this last appointment- he tells the ladies in the room that I dont need additional surgery, that I am an excellent candidate for the cool sculpting and has them mark up my body to tell me the additional $3800.00 it would cost to cool sculpt down the dog ears and other areas! I asked about liposuction of the abdomen while doing the tummy tuck and he told me that even if he wanted to he COULD NOT as the fat in my abdomen was internal! I feel that was because I did not pay for and elect to get the additional liposuction - not that he could not do it- VERY DISAPPOINTING! I am currently going through the laser treatment to eliminate the ugly scar around my belly button - was told that the first 2 treatments would be serviced but after that there would be an additional charge (lets see if 2 treatments would take care of it).

Best experience ever! Very very polite staff, Dr is amazing. I had Earlobe repair surgery and my ears were pretty bad. (At least to me) i was Skeptical about sewing them up and repairing them because i have seen some repairs and didn’t look normal from others who went elsewhere. BUT my ears look brand new again and the scarring is going away perfectly. I HIGHLY reccomend! Thanks Dr Sweat!

I consulted with Dr. Sweat for a breast lift to replace my implants. I was concerned about scarring with a breast lift but he was very up front with me about what my results would be. I had some communication issues which I was told were due to the company switching over once I did get the correct contact information every one in the office communicated with me well and took very good care of my concerns.

Worst experience with a Dr. ever! I never felt so uncomfortable with a medical professional. I was looking to have filler injected under my eye area, smile lines, and cheek bones. A procedure Ive had done a few times in the past. It usually lasts about 6 months for me and since the last time I had it done was 7 months ago and I could tell the product had dissipated. I called my usual dr but they were booked out. So I called around and was happy when I found out Dr. Sweat injects under the eye, because not too many dr.s do it. And I was even happier when they were able to fit me in the same day!When I got there the front desk staff was real nice and they were quick to call me to the back. I explained what I wanted done to one lady, then another, and then the dr so that was a little redundant to have to explain to three different people what I wanted. The first lady I met with numbed my face which was irritating because I hadnt even met with dr to see what, if any, areas he could do.When I met with the dr he explained he couldnt inject me and that I needed to go to my last dr to have the product dissolved. I explained that I had it done 7 mo ago and that it had dissolved because I dont see it anymore under my eye. I surprised how he then became rude and defensive and said that he is the professional and thats obviously why I came to him and that if I didnt trust what he was saying then theres nothing he can do for me and how filler last 9-12 months. I said well sounds like theres nothing u can do for me anyway and Im sorry but I never had filler last on me for 9-12 months nor has any Dr told me that. Its usually 6 months.Also if u go to him, be prepared for him to brutally point out your flaws in a derogatory manner. I naturally have bags under my eyes, its hereditary but they were more prominent this day because I had been oncall that week for work and had gotten little sleep. He said I looked like I had been beaten up or in a car accident. I felt his comment was unnecessary because I was not there for my bags. Obviously filler doesnt correct bags. He could have just said I have bags. Yes its good for a dr to be honest but there is a way to do it and why point out something I was not even there for.I left feeling ugly all of a sudden and with a numb face. Im glad he couldnt work on me and that I didnt give him my money.

I came in for a miradry treatment and the staff were so polite and they listened carefully to my concerns and they made sure I was happy with my procedure they made sure I didnt feel any pain highly satisfied
