Ive been to lots of gyms, worked with various trainers over the years. I kind of expected this to be another testosterone filled gym, and I was SO wrong. There are people there of all ability levels doing what they can together. Matt and Jared are two of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Whatever your best is that day is always good enough. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I HIGHLY recommend trying it out.

I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best CrossFit’s that I’ve ever been to. Over the 8 week period I meet a lot of great people and grew immensely. The programming was solid and I enjoyed the workouts very much. The atmosphere is one of the best parts of this CrossFit.

Matt was really helpful and went above and beyond to allow me to complete 17.4 while I was away from my home gym. Highly recommended!

Cool, community-based CrossFit with reasonable rates. You get very good attention to form and detail when lifting, and no workout is the same!
