Fun and enthusiastic staff!! Class was great, as I was a beginner and coach taught me key fundamentals about boxing. Great cardio workout that left gassed! And I thought I was in shape sheesh..definitely looking forward to coming back for my next visit and would recommend this gym for anyone whos looking to compete or just wants a great workout
