When disaster happens it so wonderful to know that there is a company that handle all the details to make it whole again. From the beginning to final light switch statewide restoration did a very professional job with a beautiful restoration of our kitchen after a fire destroyed it and required the entire house to be cleaned from smoke damage and store until competition.  Arthur and his crew did a wonderful job of cleaning and boxing up the entire house and storing it until the house was ready to move into. Then Andrey took over with his expert attention to detail and style.  With his guidance and incredible showroom we were able to restore our 1975 kitchen into a beautiful, modern, open concept kitchen/living area.Thank you so much for bringing our hone into the 21st century.

Just for solving my problem, I give these people 5 stars, indeed I give them the 5 stars. During the storm we had in sacramento on January 2021 a huge redwood tree fell on my garage. I truly did not know what to do, the insurance company was giving the run around. Somehow I got the phone number of statewide restoration, they came and saw what happened and they told me they would be able to help me. They were the only ones that never told me anything negative. After they got permits from the city of sacramento they fixed the garage building very nicely straighten the building put new roof, and basically reconstructed it following city building codes. I got my garage nicely fixed. Roof, walls window, door, paint of my garage was brand new. They dealt with the wicked insurance co that wanted to take me for a bad ride. Thanks Susie, Brannon and Brodie for making my life easier and taking me out of the nightmare.

We had a house fire back in 2014 and went with Statewide instead of who our insurance company had recommended. We did have a great project manager, Artem, who helped make sure we were updated with each step of the process of getting our house restored. The initial work looked great, nice hardwood floors, custom kitchen nice fixtures.Fast forward 5 years, the carpet upstairs is bunched in every room including the hallway. The garage door had to be fixed this last spring becuase it got stuck all cockeyed. The gas fireplace that they supposedly fixed is not working again and the icing on the cake is the AC compressor just went out. They are replacing the part but not covering the labor. If it was one or two things it would probably not be a big deal, but there seems to be a pattern of low quality with the work that was done here. If you are looking for a restoration management company I would suggest skipping these guys and their Lifetime warranty.

My Dads rental property caught on fire last year and the house had to be completely redone. I was lucky enough to meet Aaron Turner from Statewide - A division of Domus Construction and Design at the house the day after the fire. He was very patient and walked me through the whole process starting with how to work with my dads insurance company. David Stasyuk the Project Manager was great to work with. He helped with the design and upgrades to the house. He was extremely professional and all work was completed on time. We are very happy with the quality of the work and how responsive David was whenever we had questions about the project. We highly recommend Statewide for any restoration projects. The house turned out beautiful. Thank you to Aaron, David and all of the Statewide workers who worked on my dads house.

Statewide did a fantastic job rebuilding our home after a fire. Roman was our project manager. He was very attentive and listened to our wishes. He was well organized and kept the job flowing. If there was an issue, he took care of it immediately. We would recommend this company for any building projects!

The Statewide group did the design and construction for a complete house remodel for me. I was intending on selling the house and wanted to get it in good shape for the sale. First, what I found refreshing was that they didnt try to sell me on items that I didnt need. They were conscience of my budget and used those dollars wisely. The house remodel was so great that had I not already purchased a new home, I likely would have just kept my newly remodeled one! I was so happy with the workmanship and results that I have used them exclusively for several other projects. I highly recommend them for any of your construction and design needs.

Had a fire at my storage facility. Called Statewide and worked with Peter and David, to get the process started and the repairs was led by Alex. Alex kept me informed throughout the process, very helpful and responsive. He help with suggestion on color, materials and even went out of his way to help with appliance needs. Alex is the MAN!The resident office turn out beautiful and they finish it ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company if you need any type of work done. A + in my books.On top of that, the CEO Max took the time to talk with my husband and I. We even had lunch. Kudos to this company.

After a horrible fire that took everything leaving us with just the clothes on our back, Statewide was awesome, caring for us and our kids. The entire experience from house demo to design sessions to build and finally to moving back into our new home was better than great! Thank you Max and Alex! I will never forget my house fire. I am one of the original homeowners in my neighborhood when I bought my home it was a model home when I had a house fire everything was lost. When I met Ralph who is also a neighbor he told me that he experienced the same type of fire and had his house totally rebuilt. Except in this case he now works for one of the best fire reconstruction companies in Northern California Statewide fire Reconstruction. Thanks to him and Alex my project manager I will now be moving in to my brand new home and totally remodeled house here in Antelope I couldnt think of a better company to help me out through these hard times Ill always be grateful. Statewide went above and beyond for my clients. Their home burnt down and they were overwhelmed by all of the issues that came up with the insurance company and fire inspectors. Statewide helped them through that terrible situation with patience and guidance. Statewide was very knowledgeable about all of the issues surrounding the aftermath of the fire and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help after a fire. They have integrity and are extremely honest about the entire process of rebuilding!

Our Project Manager, Paul Havel really helped us with the process. Always quickly responded to our concerns in a pleasant and reassuring manner. Definitely a 5star.

Our fire occurred in August 2017. 10 months later we were able to move back in thanks to the great job of StateWide !They did an amazing work from cleaning our personal stuff to rebuilding our house. They always treated us with care, honesty, professionalism and by involving us in the process and the different steps of the reconstruction. We owe them so much and really love how awesome look our house now. Thank you so much StateWide!

Never go with this company if you want your construction to be up to code and done in a profesional mater. The contract we signed was extended becomes they could not keep it. After they said it was doneI am still calling them on stuff they did not finished and they are taking 30 days to come back and do it.

Where do I begin?! This is the one and only company to work with if you are in need of remodel, tenant improvement, or even fire restoration! The staff is super friendly and helpful when it comes to selecting the material youd like for the build, theres no pressure from their side which makes the construction part a whole lot less stressful! If it wasnt for Domus i dont know how long it would have taken me to complete my dream ice cream shop in Folsom! They have a huge selection of choices in their show room so I promise you wont be disappointed!! Oh dont forget to ask them about their special painter who will creat one of a kind custom hand painted work on your walls or even ceilings! My bathroom at my shop looks better then my house haha, but that was only possible because of the project manager who was very helpful with everything from day one to the last little detail (Alex Halo)! For my Second location I already know who to call for the build and design!

My wife and I were looking to build a house for ourselves, and after long deliberations and searching, we decided on Domus to do the work. Right off the bat we were surrounded by a knowledgeable and proffessional staff who knew a thing or two about building new homes. Max was an absolute pleasure to work with and he was there for us throughout the entire 10 months of building our beatiful home. I would highly recommend Domus, because, speaking from personal experience, they care and are passinate about what they do. I will definitely go to them for my future building needs.
