I recently used FRSTeam for the first time and was very impressed with the company overall, but especially so with Leslie. At first I thought she was just a Sales Rep (a pretty face, positioned to sell company services). But I was quite surprised when I found out that she had previously owned her own restoration company and knew more about the restoration industry than I could have imagined. She informed me that there was additional services that I, as an owner of a restoration company, could be offering to my clients. I was not aware of this. She also informed me that her services could be a value to more of my clients than I was aware of.By offering HER services to MY clients, I was giving more benefits to my clients, thus making my clients even more happier than if I had not offered the service. She has taken the time to give me so much information that I feel like she has been a personal mentor of sorts. She directly helped get my clients needs approved and kept me in the loop the entire time. In the world today, its important to have someone that is knowledgeable, intelligent and communicative - but that also truly cares about your business and your clients. Because of Leslie our company will be able to help more customers AND we will actually bring in more revenue. We recently had a house fire and FRSTeam cleaned our textiles. I could not be more satisfied. An inventory with detailed pictures showed us what items they found and how much it would cost to clean. We chose our items based on that. Some things they cleaned by accident but they did not charge for any item cleaned by accident. They were so nice every step of the way.
