Advertises as open at 830 and walk-ins welcome. No one was at location. After waiting and calling I eventually got through a central office. Hopefully the operator is ok as they seem to have frequent emergencies judging from other one star reviews. Maybe switch to appointment only business model? I did not receive service here but came in good faith during advertised open business hours.

Made an appointment using their website for a live scan for my two bosses who were flying from out of state. Both appointments were cancelled with no reason give. I called to ask why and to see if they could reschedule for later that afternoon. No response. Called another company nearby - was able to make an appointment with no issues. Would recommend not using this company if you require an appointment.

Place is very clean and the service was excellent I have no complaints! I would recommend.

I would give this location 0 stars. I had an appointment on 05/07, before it was time for my appointment a worker had called me and told me they are going to close early due to an emergency and for me to give them a call on 05/10 to see if I can do a walk in or schedule an appointment, I’ve been calling and calling and no one has ever picked up the phone. I’ve called many many times but no luck. I’ve prepaid for my finger scan online but I can not get a hold of this location. Customer service needs to improve.
