Fast, efficient and pretty friendly given how busy they were. I came here after trying to get my scan at another spot where the operator didnt even show up or answer the phone. I almost left because there was a line here. Glad I didnt, they were working hard and completed my scan way quicker than I expected.

Kind, professional, and patient staff. A little worn down, but everything is clean and safe. Generally the place Im always getting my background done, but they do passport pictures as well.

Dont trust the quoted times for processing background checks. Its been weeks and all the person on the phone can tell me is the longest hes seen it take is 4 months.Update: They eventually came through after ~2 months and customer service was probably doing all they could.. would love to know the process failures that occur in the system to take that long, but dont care anymore.

The apparent manager at this location was EXTREMELY helpful in assisting me to get the appropriate paperwork and follow-up instructions for the background check required for RESIDENCY IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY application. She was patient and informative and saved me both time and money. The other staff person who actually rolled the finger prints was also competent and helpful. I highly recommend this location for their level of knowledge and expertise.

I haven’t been to this one since I got my job caregiving but came across it again now that I need a live scan for school. I saw a picture on their webpage claim “one price statewide” but couldn’t find a said price, so I called. The lady who answered told me the price depends on the what the reason the live scan is for which seems odd in and of itself. I informed her it was for school which she gave me the quote of “$44-61 depending on if we have a contract with the school”. Granted it’s been about 5 years since I needed my last scan I find it odd that prices aren’t in unison because it’s a live scan. Worst customer service ever! I dont normally write bad reviews about businesses, but this experience was the exception! The notary that works there is rude! Super Rude! Completely lacks respect and not helpful whatsoever! I came in a couple of times to get some documents notarized and I got this vibe from her that I was a burden to her and a complete annoyance. The second time I came in, I waited for about 10 minutes for her to come help me, and I told her I need to print out the documents I needed to be notarized - I even offered to pay them to use their printer and ink! But she told me that that wasnt her job, this wasnt my business, and told me to go up to Kinkos down the street!I dont recommend this place to anyone needing their documents notarized! The owner needs to reevaluate the rude, disrespectful employees they have working at this location.

Employees here are rude looks like unhappy with their jobs, and they dont care about their customers. I was overcharged and my finger prints were rejected due to their cheap livescan scanner, I had to go to different livescan location and pay again to redo and this location refused to issue refund. Bad business bad service.

Slow service, girl with glasses at the front desk is a Drip, she speaks in a monotone voice...here for live scan no Hi, how are or enthusiasm for the job or people. I waited about 20 minutes and left.

The lady I talked to was very informative but her tone of voice was borderline belittling.
