Owner is really nice and provides very quick service. The location is in a seedy area thus the reason for the iron bars on the windows. I advise you go in take care of your dmv/ livescan and get outta there quick. In the morning hours. Lol not the kind of place you wanna be when the sun goes down.

What a great place to go to get your live scans done! I was told by capital live scan twice that they couldn’t use the ORI number I provided to them and so I came here and they were able to help me right away! Fast and cheap service. Don’t go anywhere else.

If I could have given this place ZERO STARS I would. Spoke to someone over the phone 3 different times about what all did I need for registration, and was told various different answers each time. Took me 2-3 days to get all of these things done according to BTs requirements, only to finally arrive in person, was spoken to very rudely and as if I was incompetent, and was not helped at all. Didnt even get to get one thing done with them. Useless.

Cheap livescan, Ive heard it can get busy but was empty when I went late in the day. Fast service and friendly staff. Not the best part of town but I felt safe inside the building itself

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am in disbelief of the rudeness that came from one of the female staff. I have worked in customer service so I always treat others how I would like to be treated yet this lady was so mean. Pay a dollar more elsewhere and get actual nice service!
