They make recommendations for my dental health that are sound and reasonable, keep me informed on what procedures are covered by my insurance, and are flexible with appointment scheduling and changes. Club Center dental really took care of me vary good! I needed a root canal & im vary scared of needles & they took their time to make sure I was vary comfortable and pain free. I must say I was taking vary good care of. And Michelle you are great you make sure us customers are taking care of while we wait to be seen. I havent exactly been happy with whats happened about halfway through my invisalign plan. I called the office letting them know that one of my teeth had for the lack of better terms, sunk into my jaw/gum and had gotten shorter than the other teeth. I went in and had them look at it, and the dentist told me to just keep wearing the other half of my trays and that they would take care of me at the the end. Well, I went in at the end and they bonded two teeth to have them match the height of the others. But after some pretty brutal sanding, and even accidentally taking off enamel from a neighboring canine my teeth are not straight. I ended up sitting in the office without my trays for 3-4 hours, and then an impression for a retainer was taken. So I think the retainers will not fit right when I get them. After being there all morning the front desk told me I had to sign something saying I was satisfied before I left. Its a signature that says youre happy with invisalign, even though the results were not what I expected. Now Ive been waiting for a couple weeks for a retainer that I was told would be rushed and be here by now. I was told to wear the last tray, but my teeth have moved because the bonding and sanding of my teeth caused my teeth to not fit inside the tray correctly. The whole experience hasnt been as good as I had expected.

Walked away from my 6 month cleaning and loved it. All staff in office are very friendly, my cleaning was relaxed and I love my Dentist she is so friendly answered my concerns. I recommend this office to everyone.

I visited their Concord office - great staff, I was warmly greeted as soon as I stepped in the door. The office is clean, and my teeth are too! :)I highly recommend these folks at their Concord location!

The front staff is the worst they dont take care of the billing right they dont show you what the prices are up front they just want to get you in and get your work done and then start charging you when youve already asked several times what the cost was and then when youre finally finishing up your procedures after months they hit you up with the bills.
