I have been a patient for 3 years, Dr. Snyder and his new associate Dr. Li are excellent. Easy to schedule appointments, excellent electronic reminders/ great use of current scheduling technology. I have had great success with all work they have done, recommend highly!.

They sent me a text asking me to review them. So, ok...The appointment was fine. Big hassle figuring out my insurance in the beginning, eventually they found it. After the appointment they charged me a $45 co-pay I was sure I shouldn’t be charged. My insurance company told them I shouldn’t be charged it. They agreed on the phone with the insurance, then called me back and actually refused a refund. I had to be extremely forceful and send proof multiple times before they agreed to refund me. They eventually admitted I was right, and told me it was an honest mistake on their part. However, I believe they should have refunded me the SECOND my insurance company called to ask them too. My insurance company was obviously agreeing to pay the whole thing. They should not have told my insurance they’d refund me, then call me back to tell me they actually would not.

Have been going to Dr. Synder for years now thanks to a recommendation from a colleague. Now I am recommending them to my new colleagues. The staff is great. They are friendly and accommodating and make the chore of going to the dentist a lot less painful.

Best of service. Up to date on all the latest equipment and technical advice. Staff is very patient explaining details of insurance and there process of operation.

So it was in Jackson, CA with Kaur Dental Group. Took all of ten minutes for a 3D scan for a tooth replacement. Painless, easy, efficient. Tech was pretty, polite, & friendly, explained how to stand in front of the X Ray device, it all went well for 2 exposures, we waited to see the result, it was awesome, I said thank you and drove back to Sac.~pm~

A week before my 6 month appointment an older crown came off. I called the office and they got me in the next day for both my cleaning and reset my crown.Everyone is very courteous and professional

I went in with two teeth broken at the gum line. After waiting for a week to be seen I was asked to leave the office because the doctor did not want to accept my insurance. She said that it took to long to get paid. The office manager was the one who rudely asked me to leave while I was begging for treatment and trying to explain that I was preaproved thru my insurance company for a full set of implants. He was not going to budge so I then begged for a referral to get the work done someplace else. I was finally given the referral and had to wait another week to get the teeth pulled.What I didnt know was that the office manager and Dr Krystal had a phone conversation on speaker phone and the whole office herd this conversation about how I was a drug addict and she just did not want to treat me. Not only was it my insurance but shed made assumptions about me that were totally false. I lost my teeth do to disease not drugs.The worst part of the whole situation wasnt the humiliation or the painful wait it was that I was preaproved for Dr Krystal to do the work now I must go through the approval process all over again and it seems to that now that Ive had my teeth pulled the new doctor at Dr Krystals old practice can not see the obvious over bit that I have, and there are no notes in my file or treatment plans (they seem to have disappeared) so not only am I starting from scratch Im having a prove what seems to be impossible. As I sit with no teeth and nothing to wear for even cosmetic reasons let alone to eat anything. I wondered, isnt a doctors first duty to do no harm? Ive landed in the ER three times for food impactions,and a torn esophagus.

The care was excellent and everyone is very friendly and personal.

I didnt believe how painless the work was. I would highly recommend to friends or family.
