Great Dental Clinic. Right from the start it’s a very awesome experience. Very accommodating and helpful. I called late Saturday afternoon in so much pain and told me to walk in. From Sam, at the reception and all the assistants to the best dentist Dr. Mohammed overall it’s a above and beyond customer service. I feel a lot better now and will always be back here for dental work. Keep up the great work guys!!!

What an amazing office. I have been coming here when I didn’t have insurance because they were able to see me and the price was great. I now have insurance and I won’t leave this office. Sam, Emily the hygienist, and the doctor were incredible. I felt really taken care. I felt Emily really cared about my needs and my goals to have a nice healthy smile. If you are concerned of coming to the dentist don’t be. With this office you will be taken care and I’m on the road to a healthier smile.

Had 2 chipped teeth that I needed to have repaired and was able to have them fixed the same day and they look amazing!! Very polite and professional staff. Felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I highly recommend if you need any work done to at least make ultimate Dental group an option.

I emailed them early in the morning. I was having the worst mouth pain! My had broken my wisdom tooth in my sleep. They called me that morning to get me in. They are awesome and the staff is really sweet. And the dentist got all four my wisdom teeth out for me! I thank them so much. Every where else I called couldn’t get me in four weeks! They got me in the same day! Will definitely recommend them to friends!

We searched online for a dentist and it’s an dental emergency. My gf was so in so much pain and Sam at the reception desk was kind and amazingly helpful. She is outstanding for taking us in without an appointment and without an appointment. Dr. Mohamed Al Assuty is the Best Dentist ever. Thanks so much for everything.

After switching between different dental offices in the 2 past years, it feels great to finally find a location that does a great job. The staff is very friendly and personable. They’re very responsive when you call and get you into their office in a timely manner. I never feel like I’m waiting forever to be seen like I have felt with other locations. They’ve been taking great precautions during covid and I feel safe and content with this office.

So pretty much every time Ive ever been to this office. I feel that this dentist is abusing the reimbursement of insurance by providing unnecessary procedures. Heres why, I had an appt for just a cleaning ( mind you I have braces and had to make it back to my orthodontist by a certain time.) So when I showed up to this office the staff took be back shortly after completing my pw. Then began giving me xrays which I wasnt aware was going to take place. After that the dentist comes in a takes a look at my images, and says quote youre teeth are so badly decayed that once your braces are removed there wont be anything left. Mind you I felt like that wasnt true and not a polite thing to say considering his office was closed all 2020 and when he opened back up in December, It was impossible to get an appointment for a cleaning due to no availability. Then he proceeds to take a camera and show me where my teeth are decayed, which I felt he was expressing this as a tactic to use more of my benefits during this visit. An then offers me to watch a video regarding the decay that I politely declined. I dont think he was happy with that so he left the room and had me waiting for like 25 mins. I had to be at my next appointment and just simply didnt have time but I didnt express that. Next thing you know (25mins late) he sends his clerk (who probably wasnt medically inclined) to tell me quote on quote that because my cleaning was too big of a job he couldnt do a basic cleaning that was the only explanation I received. Just wow is all I have to say and I will never ever go back to this nightmare place. Highly unprofessional and would never recommend anyone go here .

I got my wisdom teeth taken out at this Dental Clinic, I was very scared about the surgery because they dont put you to sleep but the nurses were amazing. One stopped and talked to me while I was waiting because she saw how terrified I was and during the surgery, one held my hand to reassure me. The doctor is also very nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Highly reccomend this Clinic.

Ultimate Dental Group is a great dentist office. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. They are very upfront with the services you need and give you a complete break down of all work and cost needed. They are affordable which is great considering how much dental work can cost you. The best part is they are open SATURDAYS!

So, so glad I found this dental office. They do great work and everyone here is so wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. Their prices are very fair and reasonable, and the facility is very clean. Definitely plan to continue to come here for all future dental work.

Dr. Assuty is very calming and shows you exactly what he sees, needs to be done. The technology was also pretty impressive. They work quickly, but do so with a lot of care and follow up. I love this place! I had so much anxiety The first time I walked in The door. Doctor had to give me medicine for anxiety but by The 3rd visit I no longer needed it. The doctor was really gentle with me knowing I had so much anxiety with needles. The girls in front are awesome! Every time I come in I over stay talking their ears off. They make me feel so comfortable. I always look forward to my next visit! Great place!

I’m a relatively new patient here, but everyone in the office I’ve met has been incredibly nice and knowledgeable! During my first visit, Sam made sure to run what I needed done by my insurance as soon as possible and was on top of everything. Brittany, Dr. Mohammad, and Bianca have made sure I’m not in pain during each visit, and considering I have anxiety over dental visits, I appreciate it a lot. After telling my fiancé about my experiences, he’s wanting to see them too! Overall, they’re super great and I’m glad I switched dentists to their office (:!

I love this dentist office. I love the dentist, the dental assistants, etc. Everyone there are so professional and nice. They are patient and understanding. All the staff including the dentist are really friendly . I never have to wait forever in the waiting room like at other dental offices. I started visiting them last year Ive never been a fan of dentists but he is not judgemental and makes me feel comfortable, hes fast and good at what he does. Misdiagnosed me. Had me stressing out over an infection second opinion was more accurate wasnt an infection. Dont let this guy fool you into spending your money on costly procedures that have nothing to do with your pain to make sure the you keep coming back...

The staff is awesome! The doctor is awesome! I was ripped off by a dentist before for work I didn’t even need and I was so worried to go to the dentist because I thought they were going to rip me off until I came to ultimate dental.They showed me pictures off my teeth not just x-rays but with a camera. They took the time to show me how to care for my teeth and to work with me on payments.I am so grateful for helping me get over my fear of dentist. I got a root canal and permanent tooth in one day, and two cavities filled at my next appointment. I still have two more cavities that are going to be filled in two weeks. I paid $94.00 out of pocket for all my treatments. They are fast, honest and friendly! Two thumbs up.

I have had horrible past experiences with dentists, so I was obviously anxious to come in to get my teeth checked out.The staff were understanding and caring and not condescending, which was important to me.I really liked that they had the tv monitor in front of the patient to help us relax and feel more comfortable being in the office. It helped me be distracted from feeling anxious and pressured.I recommend others to come to this office!

All of the reasons to hate going to the dentist do not exist here. Service is courteous. Staff is non judgemental and polite. The dentist and all staff are highly skilled and pay close attention to the details that make your visit quick, clean and as pain-free as the needed procedure allows. The highest compliment you can pay a service provider is to bring your own family to receive the same service. I have had 2 teeth removed by Dr. Mohamed and I didnt even feel them come out. He is awesome! I also love love my hygienist Bianca. Her attention to detail is amazing. Ive been to many dentists in the sacramento area so I know a gentle hand from a rough one. I decided to go to this one because it was nearby and got so many good reviews. My experience wasnt the same. Gentle hands? I dont think so. Dr. A was super rough and pulled the side of my mouth like theres no tomorrow, making snide comments like I have a small mouth blah blah. He did a touch up on a filling and when a particle got in my eye I told him to stop so I can clean my eye--he didnt even apologize and was crass enough to say I have the sunglasses on so its not possible that a particle couldve gotten in. What the heck, oh no he didnt just say that, no empathy. The Dental assistant or dental hygienist was very nice and I liked her along with the other staff but you can tell Dr. As attitude and personality (very condescending and male chauvinist) puts them on edge. But what can you do, its a job.After the appointment is done they send you an email to rate them on here, so thats what im doing.Theres plenty other better dentists to go to, i would suggest you go somewhere else.

Didnt think i had money to pay and insisted i pay up front. After the work was done Im still in pain and he wants to grind another tooth to compensate for the over sized crown that was installed. When i refused the mid dentist became infuriated!!! Told me my teeth where all bad and rush to the phone and dialed 911 said I was irate and threatening all because I said I wanted a second opinion.BLACK LIVES MATTER!!!!!
