They think that can rip off carrier how much they want, GUYS AVOID THIS BAD COMPANY

$560 to reset fault code and still calling a tow....I wont use them again

KTR is the definition of unreliable. Put in a call and they tell you they be there within the hour. You are lucky if they even show up that day. When they do show up they have have to examine the defect then go get the part. If they show back up within three days to actually make the repair its a fluke. We have sent in pictures with the part number of the defective part and they still have to come in to examine it and then three days later, at best, return to do the Jimmy rigged repair job. They are pathetic.

Called in for a road service call repair my truck wasnt going over 5mph. Called a lot of road service companies in Sacramento CA. no-one even had the computer diagnostic or had the knowledge KTR came out in exact ETA given. repaired our truck got us back on the road.great service highly recommend!

Driver was doing 50 on the freeway and was driving erratic hwy 50 on 8/21 at 1230pm not a good impression of the business

Great Service, came out super quick. Called 2 other road service mechanics. They couldn’t come out and fix it. These guys got me back on the road in an hour.Highly recommend them.

These guys sent out a really good mechanic got me back up and going again in time to make a Friday delivery

Great mechanic, but they dont tell you the price until 4 days later, they upcharge 1.5hrs, for labor, and upcharge parts by 150% 15.00 dollars in parts cost 200.00. Then they charge a road call fee, when their there working on 3 other trucks already. Good service bad staff.The owner called shortly after my review, and call from there office staff, I informed Gary the labor was only 1hr, and the parts were a bit high, Gary apologised for the mistake, and charged me just the 1hr the mechanic had in the job. Parts remained the same, but that was fine with me, I feel he made it right with me, and I will save there number for future business, and recommendation.

Truck stopped on me in a Lathrop. Came out and charged me $275 to tell me he couldn’t fix the problem. I called another mechanic and he had me back on road within an hour.

Not much of a 24 trk repair facility if you cant find a tech at 4 pm and you dont stock any simple parts !?! Big disappointment for a 4.4 rated business👎
