I drop off the truck to fix the refrigerator but they take too long to check. More than a week has passed and it is not ready yet. He need to improve better assistance they work slowly
Drop my truck off on Wednesday (7/7/21) to have APU looked at . I asked the service techs if they could work on the APU I had and they informed me yes . It took them 9 days to get the truck back to me and the APU still doesn’t work ! Total rip off . Cost me $897, plus down 10 days . Total LACK of communication . They will lead you on as to when they will look at truck rather than just telling you it will be over a week . Should have gone to APU manufacturer in Fontana .
Planned to have a Tripac APU installed. When measured for minimum width space, trucks 120 gal tank leaf springs mount interfered by 2 inches short. Perfecto and team came up with a bracket and moved my tank forward to meet space requirements. After install, I mediately hit the road towards Washington state. I then notice my internal lights and DC plugs were no longer working. Troy Shadman and team had great customer service to make sure I was going to get my problems fixed. Troy arranged TK Yakima to look into my issues and did not force me to return to Sacramento for investigation. That was greatly appreciated. The fix was easy. We just cycled the trucks under dash kill switch and the truck was back to normal. The team also is great at timely email responses and phone calls.John G.

I really want to give more stars because everyone was very nice but I spent 10 hours from start to finish to do an ac compressor and front moter mounts on my tripacI was happy with the service and the work I just feel the process could of probably taken a little less time then that when your the only customer waiting and the place wasnt a revolving door of loaded reefers needing fixed I understand that frieght is more important than an Apu Im just saying 10 hours was quite a long time to be waiting for a basic repair and Im a cash customer so no red tape and waiting for posBut Im still happy they fixed it properly and yes it cost a bit more then a no name repair place but thermo King at least will warranty their work
Diagnostic 180$To change a baterry 155/hr and they charged me 2 hrs it was a total of 580$That was during the week, not weekend.So they raised the price per hr. Also extra charge for diagnosis and download ..I used to pay 130$ for service in 2019 and in 2020 they raised the rates up to over 180$. I told them i dont need the service done and i paid the 180$.Not worth it, jus find mobile service, cheeper and better.
Great customer service in Parts Department.Sopaul is very knowledgeable and patient with the parts request.I buy parts there continuously,By the way, their automatic coffee machine is great!Ask them about it when you get there, I sure hope that their choice of coffees and hot chocolates and stay for a long time.Great job Parts, keep up the great work!By the way, I really appreciate that their parts department is still open until 6pm,I will be buying parts there today as well!
Trailer was using a lot of water and went to TK for service. They were quick to get me in. Asked me if I was loaded or empty for priority reasons. I was empty and a few times during my repair they had to stop working on mine to attend to a loaded trailer. They called me to let me know and I understand. I’m empty and not as important as a loaded trailer. Nice that they care.My problem was a blown head gasket and thank his it was under some extended warranty and it’s a 2013 They fixed it and got a free oil change. Will go back. Very happy.

They don’t know what they are doing. It fix my APU system they kept saying tomorrow. You better find different place to fix it. They are not professional Thermo King techinicians.
No body will even pick up the phone in sales. When I called back and talked to the operator and told her. She said all she can do is transferr me to the sales line. I will find another place to get my APU for my trucks.

$1800 in labor to diagnose a bad fuel selinoid. “Mechanic” blew two fuses in the process and charged us for them. Keep your money and business far far away.
