Nice shop and showroom. They did perform their full service oil change and put 1 of the 2 boxs of DEF I brought. I guess they didnt hear me ask to top off the DEF(additional DEF needed), overall inspect of worn steering components.

This place is great. I got a new used truck and wanted to have the truck looked over and have some maintenance done. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Ken the owner was also great to talk with when I picked up the truck. Will always come back for all my service.

I took our 2005 f350 there to fix all the 6.0 problems. Fantastic front counter employees, Ken the owner oversees all work preformed and he personally takes vehicle for test Dr. I was in a time PINCH to get my truck back because I was heading out if town for work in Tahoe .Because I was a tow and they a carry busy with appointments they couldnt guarantee in be done in time but they would try. Called me on Friday 4 days later truck was done and under the estimated price truck runs great my diesel mechanic shop for life,well worth a hour and a had a dr November 2015

It runs better-than-new thanks to Kens knowledge and skills.Note: there have been several times, over the last twenty years, that Ken has actually told me NOT to spend the money on something new, because the new upgrade was not worth it!I have learned to trust him completely. My truck could not possibly be in better hands.

When the pros dont know what do you do?Take it to imler. You wont be sorry. They wereHonest and stayed in communication with meWhile they diagnosed and repaired my electrical issue on my ram diesel. Several other highly rated shops fell short on the same electrical issue. It was a simple fix that was overlooked severat times. Ken could have replaced them in computer but exasted all other possibilities first.

These guys are great.

These guys have no idea what theyre doing. A few weeks ago, I picked up my Ford F-250 (7.3L) after Imler diesel had supposedly fixed the vehicle. Imler diesel kept telling me that the Edge Performance Module was the reason the truck kept dying and wouldnt start back up. They had already unplugged it during the 1st visit, so when my truck broke down on the way home from their repair shop, it was obvious that the Edge Performance module was not the problem after all. After having the truck towed back to their shop the 2nd time, they found out that it was a bad camshaft positioning sensor. After two tows to Imler diesel and paying them $415 dollars, I have a new aftermarket air filter ($70) and a new cam sensor ($30). Both of these parts combined take less than 20 mins to install, yet I got billed for 3hrs of labor! On top of this, they tried telling me that the starter I had installed 3 months ago was bad. They quoted me $550 to install a new one. The starter I already replaced was $200 dollars and took me 30 mins to install. Anyways my starter is fine and they were just trying to pull a fast one. Never coming back here, the good reviews must be from friends!
