We have used Sacramento Rug Works for years and keep coming back. Nick does a great job pre treating tough spots and gets the carpets clean and smelling fresh. Work is done quickly and he treats our house with respect. I always love how my house looks after a visit from Sac Rug Works. 😊

I’ve had four of five large area rugs cleaned and they’ve been beyond amazing and reasonably priced for each piece. They saved large rugs and gave them back looking pretty brand new. Highly suggest!

They professionally cleaned a Persian carpet well over a hundred years and they did some repairs. Very professional extremely trustworthy hands down, I am so thankful that I found this company!

The two men who work with customers there are very rude and unprofessional. They have attitude and are actually menacing. I was worried they did something to my rugs, but they were cleaned properly. When I left, I told them I would never be back and one of them got even nastier. Stood in the open front door and yelled at me as I drove off! Unbelievable!

Fast, expert, inexpensive

My carpets look as good as new. We have 2 young children who spill everywhere. They got many OLD stains out. Ramos Carper Cleaning was on time, well-priced, didnt take too long, and were all around great. I will definitely use them again.

We picked up some carpet remnant elsewhere and rug works cut them to the right shape we needed to make a runner for our L shape hallway. Fits great and helps with sound dampening

This is my second time at Sacramento rug works and I am thrilled. They did a wonderful job with a rug the first time, and this time when they saw me pulling up with my little one in the back, the gentleman ran out and brought the rug in, if that werent enough he came back out and took my order from the window of my car! Highly highly recommend Sacramento rug works. I can see why this is their 113th year business!

Family/TV room rug was very dirty and badly in need of cleaning. The staff at Sac Rug Works gave us an accurate time and cost estimate and also helped us select a new rug pad. Our Karastan area rug looks brand new and we love the new rug pad with a rubber backing. We have used this company for the past ten years and their work is excellent. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. I dropped off a 6 x 9 area rug for cleaning. I was able to pick up within 5 days, which worked out well because we had our living room rug back in time for Christmas. They unloaded and loaded in my car. Total cost was $91, which I thought was a bit pricy since the rug was $200 to purchase, but wed rather clean what we have and keep it out of a landfill than buy a new one and deal with the off gassing that comes with. Our rug looks very clean, almost as good as new. We plan to bring in our oriental rug next.

I have used their service for all of my area rugs and carpets for over 20 years, I would not go to anyone else. I have referred many friends and those that have used Rug Works have all been satisfied. Keep up the good work!

Nice, friendly service with a quick turn around. Not sure how they get out the stains in my wool area rugs (manly pet rough house and bringing the outdoors in things), yet they do and for a price that is ridiculously low compared to others.

I have taken several wool area rugs to Sacramento rug works, they literally washed the rugs in a large bath.The rugs tuned out exquisitely clean.

Called to ask about the estimate for couple of rugs. Conversation was rushed and didnt seem like there was even an attempt to conduct business. Rude and unprofessional conversation. Dont know about the actual cleaning, never got to that

Wonderful as always! We are always amazed at how wonderful our rugs look when we get them back from Sacramento Rug Works! We even had pet stains and generally dirty Viscouse rugs (2) and a cotton rug that took only a week and have like new rugs! We have in the past had wool rugs that also turned out looking great! When we bring in the rugs to be cleaned they are quickly measured and accessed for their condition and style and then given a date for completion. In and out in 5 minutes! Just a great business...worth the drive from Roseville!

I took in two wool rugs to have cleaned. When I picked them up, I was speechless to discover the fringe on my Turkish rug was various shades of pink and what had previously been tightly twisted fringe was now all combed out and fluffy. The gentleman at the desk told me that tribal rugs frequently faded because the dye was sometimes not stable. I asked how the fringe could be replaced and he explained how it could be cut off and replaced with cotton fringe. I also consulted with another gentleman who suggested that the fringe could just be removed . As far as I am concerned my rug is ruined. If they know tribal rugs frequently fade, they should inform customers up front and give them the opportunity to reconsider having the rug cleaned. Also if they know this is a possibility, they could test a small area to determine if the dye fades.I will never take another rug to this establishment.

Some time back, I thought my wool Karastan was ruined, I had a wonderful little Dachshund that was about 16 and having issues andI took this rug in, and told them I thought maybe it couldnt be saved, he told me it could be treated and cleaned and I got it back a week later like new

Terrible customer service, at least from the guy behind the counter. Very condescending and would not listen to my side of things. I will not use them again.
