I bought a really nice 2 year old Nissan Versa here. The customer service was top notch. The dealership was huge and really clean. It didnt feel like a used car lot at all. The whole process was fast and painless. I love my car. I would recommend Creditmax to anyone.

I tried a few places and Creditmax came through for me. They had a cool selection of cars so finding something that suited my taste was actually a fun process. It runs like new and its good on gas.

I came to Creditmax Automotive with some challenged credit. Never really had much credit at all. I wanted a specific SUV. I was very particular. I assumed they wouldnt be able to get the job done considering I had been everywhere over the past 2 years trying. But, to their credit, not only did they find me the EXACT SUV I was looking for, but they gave me MORE for my trade in than anyone was willing to give me, they walked me through the entire process, AND they have taken care of me with EXCELLENT service ever since. I met with the owner personally! And since I purchased my SUV, I have recommended Creditmax to everyone I come into contact with whos looking for a quality pre owned vehicle!I will use Creditmax not only for any car I buy in the future, but I will be able to use them for the entire life on my car with their incredible service department! I couldnt be more pleased! I HIGHLY recommend these guys. In this day and age of shady dealers and shadier service providers, Creditmax is truly a breath of fresh air!

Hate that i got a car from this place, Car have been in the shop over 4 times since i got the car, have not had the car 30 days yet, please do not buy a car from this lot go to any other lot in the Sacramento Area if you must buy a car. I feel like i got a LEMON. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE CARS THEY SELL, BAD BUSINESS

The worst, I mean worst place to purchase a vehicle! They blatantly lied about several details in my contract, not to mention my car registered hot the day after my purchase. It took 4 hours of calling to find out they wouldnt be able to get my car until the next day and I had to wait 3 days for it to be fixed. They charged my card w/out my permission and blamed it on me. They never take responsibility for any wrong doings and the own customer service rep stated they have poor communication! Buyer beware, take your hard earned cash elsewhere. Creditmax is the devil, I wish I had gone somewhere else or signed up for the cancellation clause so I could get out of this nightmare!

The people there are very helpful

Went to see what this business was all about. Was slightly interested in one vehicle. Told them we were going to go to CarMax to sell the one we currently owned. They asked us to (which we agreed) leave a $100 refundable deposit which we did by check as there was another gentleman interested in the same vehicle. Contacted them later to let them know we purchased through CarMax and to return our measly $100 and today going on the fourth day...no responses. Really??? You are that desperate for $100. DO NOT USE CREDITMAX.

Wasnt bad but their closed down now

O.K. dealings with them, however, the lot is empty (no cars) and there is a sign on the door stating that they closed 5/15/2014. Looks like they are OUT OF BUSINESS.
