I had the worst experience with this place, do not rent from them. Placed a reservation two days ago through the website. Never received a confirmation email, once I finally got ahold of someone he said that my reservation was not excepted, but no one ever contacted me to tell me. He then tried to rent to me for $400 more than the original fee. This is for my sons 13 th birthday party that is in 2 days. Totally jerk. Worst costmer service ever.

We rented a Party Bus from them for our work party. We would like to thank Dave for making it happen last minute. All 30 people in our group had fun. The bus was spacious, the sound system was super cool with extra bass & blue-tooth phone connectivity. Will definitely use them again.

I got a party bus for 50 kids going to prom in the city. It turned out better than I thought.Great customer service, David worked with me, giving me a couple of days to collect the first deposit from the kids and with no pressure just doing deposits as we got closer to the date. Sajid, the party busdriver, was outstanding. He showed up with the biggest smile ever...polite and over all very professional. My son, his friends and all the parents were very happy at the end. Rented a 30 passenger party bus. The pricing was reasonable, the bus had 55” TVs, nice sound, & nice interior. It was a good time for our Christmas work party.

Last year, we had organised a corporate tour in Charter Bus. We had already shared our needs and preferences with Empire Limousine. Everything was good until we received a call from the driver (I hour before the departure time) informing us that the vehicle we requested broke down. One of the reservation agents called me to inform that he would upgrade us to a Hummer Limo. Although our company appreciated the upgrade, the limo arrived an hour late.

Wanted a limo for my wifes 30 birthday party to Cache Creek. The rep, Moe, gave me a great deal on it. The limo was amazing. I guess they double booked the limo even though I had paid for an entire day. This must be common. When it was time to be picked up at the end of the day, the limo was late due to the wedding party prior. But all in all it was a fun day and I would recommend this service.

We called Empire Limousine for their white Hummer limo. We used it for a wedding in Elk Grove. The limos fine interior was impressively detailed, and the limo had fine bottles of French champagne inside. Our driver Octavius was nicely dressed and very courteous. Overall the experience was awesome and it added the needed class to the wedding party. I highly recommend Empire Limousine.

They send me different limo not what I pay for it was range rover u can say it’s trash smell like trash in side don’t. Have Range Rover sign on it the light in side didn’t even work

Pressures me to hurry and put the deposit down to hold the bus which is 400$, David semte pictures of a very nice bus but when I went to go check it out, it was a total different bus and it there was nothing spectacular about it. Ripped seats, broken windows, very dirty and it was a grey hound bus not even a a real party bus. Had to file claim with my bank. Scam.

I wanted to book a party bus but the person I talked with named DAVID seems to be Indian. He is so rude with the customers and always changing his rates, first time I called he gave me a different price and second time he again changed his statement. OMG! What a liar! I think he really needs to learn how talk to people well! I wanted to book a party bus becoz I wanted to surprise my husband but nothing went well with this empire party bus! I don’t know about the bus and owner but the person I talked to made me really disappointed!

I was simply trying to ask them a question, and was yelled at. They were so rude.

He apologized profusely, told us the people that caused our bad experience had been removed from their jobs, and refunded us some of our cost. The owners definitely care and wanted to make it right, although we cant go back and change it, they did the best they could to help us feel better about the situation! It means a lot that they fired/relocated their troubled employees and reached out multiple months later to help make the bad experience much better.Let me begin with, We have reported them to the BBB. Please do not make the mistake of using this company.The only reason this company is worthy of even one star is because our driver, Bert, was amazing. He was so helpful and kind.However, aside from that this was a pretty awful experience. Our limo began to over heat in Napa, and Beet told us it needed to sit and cool down. So we decided we could stay for more tastings across the road to wait it out. Once we get back in to leave, we decide to stop for a bathroom break before our 1.5 hour drive back. The limo breaks down and isn’t able to get up and running until a friendly winery worker drives to pick up coolant for us. We were stranded for over an hour, as all the wineries had closed by this point. It was extremely hot and not ideal for a bachelorette to sit on the side of the road. The owner David told our sweet driver to make us pay for our own Uber back to Sacramento!!! Or better yet, pay him an additional $200 to get a van to take us back. So to David, we did not even need to be taken back to where we started...UNACCEPTABLE!! We had originally asked for an extra hour as we had heavy traffic causing us to not have as much time in the valley as we would like. We did not get to utilize that extra hour the way we could have, and were still forced to pay the extra $100.Over half of our party was active duty military that rarely gets to spend time with each other with our flying schedules. Since this was such a rare experience to get us together to celebrate something, we tried to make it special with a limo ride through Napa. Instead we were completely insulted by David’s carelessness. Again, we have reported them to the BBB. Please do not make the mistake of using this company.

The only part of the company that was worth one star was the driver, Bert, who showed up on time and with a big smile. Once we left it took an extra 45 minutes to get to our destination in Napa due to his navigation system consistently telling him wrong directions. We missed our first wine tasting and had to reschedule. After the first winery, his navigation once again took him the wrong direction, adding 10 minutes to the trip. All was good for a few hours... until the limo BROKE DOWN on the side of the road on the way to our last tasting! We were close to a winery, so our driver paid a winery employee in cash to get us radiator fluid. He called the owner, David, and David’s solution... have us pay out of pocket for a $200 uber back to Sacramento. He didn’t cover any of the limo fees, give us a solution to get home or send someone to fix the limo! Luckily, the employee came back with radiator fluid 1.5 hours later and we got it started again. We made it back to Sacramento and they charged us for the entire day PLUS the one hour extension we had requested that morning (since we went an hour out of the way getting to Napa). David said it was “our fault” since we wanted to use the limo for longer than the original time, so the limo broke down. He was rude, untrustworthy and unjust. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! David is a fraud and will take your money without providing the service he said he would!

This is an amazing company! The Hummer was a sweet ride and the driver was curtious. Would recomend to anyone who needs a ride.
