The technician who did my blood draw was one of the best I’ve experienced. I’ve always been told by doctors/nurses that finding a suitable vein on my arm is difficult, yet he did it so smoothly that I barely felt the needle. Thank you!

This has to be the worst preemployment center I’ve ever been too. There’s absolutely no information when you call or google about which location does drug screening. The “customer” service is absolute garbage. I called 3 locations never talked with someone on the phone. Wait at the front desk with no “hello, be right there” for 5 minutes just to be told to go check in on a tablet. I wish I could rate this 0 stars. If I owned a business I would never send anyone here. Just garbage service.

Staff is very rude, Never helpS the patients, never got the service done from there, Always find some issues to not provide service, very disappointing, Go to the the other labcorp and they would do your work right away.

This lab is excellent. I go once a week and no matter when, there is rarely waiting. And if there is, its only a short time. The place is clean. The people are friendly and very competent. Fun even. Theyre upstairs from Sacramento Heart. That should make it easier to find. I highly recommend.

I waited 2 FULL HOURS to give my urine sample for a drug test. During that time they mixed up another clients urine sample and paperwork and he had to come back and redo it. The staff are not taking measures to insure that the right person is signing the paperwork attached to samples. They should be showing clients their urine samples and and paperwork, asking Is this you? before they sign anything. Everybody in the waiting room had drank several cups of water thinking they would only be waiting 30 min at the most, not 2 hours. This makes for a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE wait. The staff knew we were all upset, especially since some of us had appointments elsewhere that were being missed, but instead of apologizing for the the wait and explaining the circumstances, they lectured us. Also, even though they knew many of us were needing to leave, they giggled and talked like they had all the time in the world. When it came to my turn (which I had to fight for because they were going to let another client who came later to go before me), I explained I only had 5 minutes to get to a dr appointment 30 minutes away. Instead of focusing on their job, they again tried to waste my time making their case for how it is not their fault. They even said it was our faults for putting it off until the last minute. I told them I had not, in fact I had another 8 weeks to complete my urine test. When your lab is only open for a 2 hours in the morning and 1.5 hrs in the evening its going to be busy. Dont make it worse by being incompetant and unprofessional. I assumed that when I checked in at 2:20, and the computer accepted my registration, that it meant I would be seen by the 3pm closing time. I did not get called until 4:25. There needs to be a protocol put in place so that clients can be warned, BEFORE finishing their registration, that there is a chance that they might not get seen before closing time.

In the CT Scan, they work like a butchers, in particular Tasha. They do not provide a translation, the attitude is disgusting, I hate to come to this labcorp. I do not recommend this.

They are opening at 8 am not 7 am. What kind of Lab is opening at 8 am? I made an online appointment at 7:30 just to find out they are not planning to start their day before 8. Makes no sense.
