Awful! Unorganized mess! I made an appointment on 7/7/14 for cpr class for today 7/14/21 I get there to register and they come out and tell like 6 of us that the class is full. And that they can’t help us. They even admitted that they already let a walk-in take one of our reserved spots. I then tell them I have a reservation email and the guy just tells me “ I don’t see your name” he didn’t even look at my email. Same thing happened to everyone else even a girl who called and reserved her spot vs. me who did it online. Very inconsiderate asking to reschedule as if we don’t all live busy lives. Might be a cheaper cpr class but you’ll be paying for unprofessionalism.

Signing in was easy. The LVNs were very welcoming and friendly. I got a TB test for $38 and was in and out of there in 10 minutes.

This place is clean and very neat. The staff is nice, friendly and make u feel welcomed. The doctor is also nice with smile on their face during zoom examination. I had a great experience in this place even though I was nervous because of the skin test on my arm they made u feel at ease. Good job !!!!

We needed a last minute sports physical for school. The receptionist was great! And they were super professional and efficient and thorough! They offer a ton of services here as well! I could definitely see ya coming back! Megan was wonderful!

Was looking to do a hair follicle test. I wrote their website to ask some questions regarding to the accuracy of the test, how far back they could test and what factors would allow for best testing results. I was told by Serena, an employee, to “go talk to a doctor”. I told them I needed the test done to prove my length of sobriety in family court. I was told “ We do not do drug testing for child custody cases. We only do drug testing for pre-employment or personal use”. So I told Serena I want them for personal use and my personal use will be to use them in family court. SERENA finally said “We will not do a drug test for you at Wellnessmart, as the results are being used for a court case. Sorry...” what complete B.S. !!! A place like that who does not believe in a product or their ability to be used in court, really?!?! What a waste of space DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND NOR VALIDATE THE ACCURACY OF THEIR TEST! A place like this should not be in business. Even if it were just the simple fact that they don’t want their tests used in any court proceedings makes them seem very sketchy and questionable. Keep in mind this was going to be used to reunify a family only. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. They probably don’t have any real doctors there. TRASH PLACE AND UNRELIABLE!

The ladies went above and beyond assisting me, today. Im a customer service expert and they really took their time to ensure I left filled with information I need for my trip and required documents.

Used their website to make an appointment. Fairly open availability. Came in to do the immigration medical examination. Decent price (compared to other places), without sacrificing quality. The whole process took only a week (Despite it being between the holidays). Got immunizations and blood drawn and had no pain. Most of the staff was very friendly and professional. Great business hours if you work full time.

Mikayla by far is the rudest unprofessional LVN. A TB is suppose to go under the top layer of your skin. She just stabbed me with a needle. Injected the TB and whisked me away. She needs her license revoked. Or she needs to go back to school and learn how to do a proper TB. The worst part is there is no corporate accountability for her behavior. Do ever go to this place, if you have to stay far the heck away from Mikayla shes trash!!!!!

Megan at reception is very rude. Staff is not well educated on procedure so everyone has different version. I had to call three time regrading the same appointment and still the information provided differs from the last person I spoke too....

I got my TB test done here. The process of checking in and getting seen and getting my results was smooth. the service was world class, I cant remember the LVNs name but she was great. And I would recommend them to everyone. I cant say much about their prices because Im not familiar with that stuff.

I got hanged up on!! Just plain rude!I talked to this lady at 2:52pm who kept interrupting me, not listening to what I was asking but telling me what she thought I wanted to know, very rude, then she hanged up on me! No hold to see if someone else can help me, just hanged up! Then I called right back at 2:58pm and got another lady who refused to give me the name of the rude one and instead thought Id be okay with her apologizing on her behalf! Said shed take the fall for her...what are they advocating for at this place? Who hangs up on a client? And to think I called because I read good reviews about them and then now I have to write an unsavory one about my experience!

Crazy dont know if they have hired new people because I go there to get everything done but they just hung up on me and they are very rude. Before I could even ask a question I got a rude response and then when I gave her the same snobby attitude she got bent out of shape and hung up in my face

I’m very disappointed with the service I received at this location. They promised to send my lab results same day since it was an urgent matter. Four days later I discovered that they never sent them. Negligence!
