I needed a new spot after having my hair cut at the same place for 16 years. As soon as I walked in both professionals greeted me. The male, I didnt catch his name, asked if I had an appointment and when I didnt, he asked how much time I had to wait for his current client to be finished. I came having read other reviews, so I knew sometimes the wait could be longer. I was pleasantly surprised when, maybe 3 minutes later, Ashley asked if I was ready. Then a second offer for a beer or water? Yeah, Im in love already. While she seemed interested in what I wanted, I like letting the professionals do their work... in less than 25 minutes she had my hair and my beard looking tip top. $25 for this level of skill is a no brainer. Ive found my new spot, for sure.

Overall good experience, usually a good idea to set an appointment. My barber Ben was very courteous and made myself and my family member feel welcome. More than likely Ill be returning in the near future & possibly my new spot.

I have had 2 great cuts here (1 from ham-bone, the other from Ashley), the staff is friendly enough, and the atmosphere is nice. There was a time when you could get a walk in around 11, but they are getting popular and I have found this to no longer be the case. I guess I will pay the extra somewhere else, to get the luxury of booking an Apt.

Great cut. Olds cool place with new school style. Gave me a beer while I waited and DAMN, that just made my day right there. It was a little expensive for me, I just wanted a fade but went with a trim too. All in all it was $30. Perfect location right by a tattoo parlor.

Great place for a quick cut. Great service. Ashley always makes room for us when we ask for a cut on late notice. Cute little shop, reasonably priced cuts.

I walked in because Ive been growing my beard out for a few months and since Ive never let it get this long before I wanted to leave it to someone who knows what they are doing to shape and trim it so I can continue to grow it out in style.The girl that helped me (I wish I remembered her name but she has blonde hair) was really cool to talk to and I couldnt have been happier with the trim. It looks a lot better than I thought was even possible!Since its my first attempt at letting my beard grow out she gave me some good advice on how to take care of it as far as washing, conditioning and confirmed I was doing the right thing by using beard oil.Between the cool location, atmosphere and how on point the client care is I am totally looking forward to going back.

I sent my bf here after learning about this place on FB. he came home with the cleanest cut ever and couldn’t stop talking about the inviting atmosphere in the shop. good music, plenty of parking and the location was easy to find. prices are totally reasonable and the barber’s service was awesome! kudos to mikey, the barber. we’ll never go anyplace else. Thank you!!

My fiancé LOVES this place. They did an amazing job on his haircut and do an excellent job with the straight razor. This is the only place he will use now. Hes been looking a really long time for a good barbershop.

This was my first time coming here. There was no wait and it was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Highly recommend, Ben did my hair and did an amazing job especially on the fade.

Good advice on shaving he knows his stuff glad i found this place highly recommended old fashioned service which is hard to find these days, im old fashioned myself as well keep up the good work.

In just calling alone i am deterred. I asked about pricing for a haircut. I was told $25, then i asked about a beard/mustache trim i was told 35-50!! I asked if that was the two services together or seperate? I was given an answer that began with an abrupt look. I asked for more clarification and the gentleman seemed irritated with me. Im a potential new client who just has a few questions, is the attitude necessary?! No longer interested.

Came here for my first straight razor shave and it was awseome. The experience is well worth the price and the barber took his time to make sure everything went smooth. He didnt try to rush and get me In and out, but thats what made it awesome. I highly recommend this place for a good olefashion shave. Make sure you set aside an hour for your shave, and call in advance to make sure hes got an opening.

Ben was cool and friendly. Got a good haircut and a PBR for $25, which seems to be the going rate these days.

Is all I can say is I was low, tired of feeling like a slob; luckily I found Ben at True Blue Barber because he fixed me up and sent me on my way looking like a grown man.First, he offered me a free cold drink, then he gave me a hair cut that looked exactly how I wanted it to.Thanks again, Ben. I will be back.

The gentleman that answered the phone apparently does not want to maintain good customer service. He was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I can’t emphasis on what a jackass he was. Just close the doors now.

If you walk in the front door then somebody, if not everybody, will stop to say hello. The shop is quaint, clean, and welcoming. Ive gotten haircuts from both Mikey and Poli; the haircuts were completely different from each other but equally as excellent. Ive also seen Patricia and her assistant Gabi do some pretty incredible things in their corner. Everybody there is friendly and honest, and its the kind of shop you look forward to visiting.Over the time Ive spent going there, Ive ended up following the whole team on Instagram (again, its a super personal environment). I recommend checking them out beforehand so that you can see how damn good their haircuts are, and see that theyre just hard working, awesome people. @paintedhair, @gabbsserra, @polithebarber, and of course @mikeyhood1
